My cousin and her husband both got tattoos at this shop, and unfortunately it was one of the worst…read moretattoo experiences we've ever seen. The line work was shaky, uneven, and not straight. The shading was poorly done, went outside the lines, and lacked proper detail. Areas that were not supposed to be filled in were shaded, while important details were completely missed. During the tattoo, my cousin pointed out several mistakes and missing details. The artist responded by saying, "That's not my fault, what do you want me to do about it? As far as I'm concerned, it's done." When she returned for touch-ups and again showed the issues, he blamed their printer and stated it wasn't his problem. He ultimately refused to do any touch-ups at all. Another red flag was being required to pay before the tattoo was done, which we've never experienced at any reputable shop. My cousin paid $350 for a Jack and Sally tattoo, and her husband paid $400 for his. Given the quality of work and the unprofessional attitude, the prices were completely unjustified. I would give zero stars if that were an option. Please save your time and money and go somewhere else where artists stand behind their work, treat clients with respect, and deliver quality tattoos. What was promised versus what was delivered was drastically different.

Everyone at the front was so nice. They wore masks and we were required to do so as well. We filled out paperwork, paid and selected our jewelry, a nose ring for me. They sent us outside and we could only go in individually. This part sucked a little because we had no support system during the piercing... but we understood and also appreciated the precautions that were being taken. Tava the piercier took good care of each of us. She took her time and answered questions that I had once I got in the back. I asked not to see the needle. She obliged and kept me informed and calm during the process. It was quick, gentle, with little pain. I was given aftercare documents and a date that I could come back for follow up if I needed to. Overall we got 2 nose, 2 belly button, and a tragus ring. Everyone was pleased. My sis had to stop back in the other day after her diamond fell off her post. They examined her and told her that it was still swollen and couldn't be changed yet. But they have her replacement jewelry and advised that she can come back in a couple months to let them change it.

Let me just start by saying that I am a germaphobe and a very clean person and in return I look for places that are very clean, especially when it comes to piercing my body. This place is very clean and orderly and they use great sanitation practices. Kenny did a great job with my nose piercing; he was a very quick, efficient, kind, and informative. I recommend him 1000 times over, he is such a professional and extremely clean and cordial I felt safe when getting my piercing as well and it actually did not hurt as bad because he's just that good!! With the pandemic going on they regularly wipe down the surfaces that people sit on as well which is extremely important! I will def be returning for my next piercing!
