Prior to providing us with a quote, Mario and Neal visited our apartment to assess the extend of the move and the time that it would take, specially since we had a unique situation, the landlord does not allow the use of the elevator for moving and the stairwell is narrow and difficult to manage. The landlord even inspects the stairwell prior to and after every move and the tenant is charged with all damages. Even the landlord was impressed with Quality Moving and Packing's care and efficiency. The preliminary visit, estimate preparation, and detailed advice assisted us greatly in ensuring a worry-free move. The crew arrived on schedule and they were consistently polite, friendly. helpful and efficient the entire time. The quote was handled very professionally (btw the ONLY company that wanted a walk-through vs. Sending a crappy quote sight -unseen.) Day of...guys arrived on time, were organized and split duties the right way: two guys moving, and one veteran as load master making sure every item was wrapped for safety if required and placed in the best spot in the truck. Guys rolled out the carpets to protect floors on both sides of the move and didn't waste a minute. Hope I don't move again anytime soon but I'd never hesitate calling them in again.

The guys worked until well after midnight, their second move of the day, and even while visibly tired near the end, still ended up finishing with only a minor bump. They disassembled what wasn't already done, packed and protected all my furniture, removed doors from their hinges when needed, and at destination, unpacked and put everything back together. False advertising: They told us it'd be two guys and a cube van, but when they showed up they were…read moreactually THREE guys and a cube van! Yahoo! So Josh and his two colleagues phoned us on our moving day to tell us they were running ahead of schedule, and if we wanted them to come a bit earlier they could. What a pleasant surprise! Our old apartment was in the kind of sketch part of Vanier, and Josh & co took good care to make sure none of our stuff got jacked while they were moving it in. And hot damn, they were efficient! They loaded all of our stuff in like half an hour tops. When we got to our new place, the guys were equally as efficient, despite the fact that we had a lot of going up and down stairs to deal with. They never nicked the walls, and damaged nothing. They were just friendly, quick, efficient, and overall delightful. Did I mention they were inexpensive? We ended up tipping the guys twice as much as we had budgeted for because we were just so happy with them. I pray we don't have to move again for a long time, but if we do, I know we'll be calling these guys again. We would highly recommend Two Guys and a Cube Van to anyone!
