This is by far my worst limousine experience. My Crowd of people have been talking for months about how fun its gonna be and stress free taking a limo. Meanwhile we have everyone standing in the cold at 230 am waiting for arrival of the limo thats a half hour late. After numerous calls to the company no answer no show. Thanks to them we all have to drive our separate cars over an hour drive at 3 am to catch an international flight . NVM parking fees !!.... I rarely write reviews but I rented from Top Notch Limo this weekend for a bachelorette party and I can't compliment them enough. I am beyond happy and so are the rest of the girls. Sherry was so so helpful and sweet and Bill our driver was awesome. This company is great. 110% recommend. read more

do not use this service!!! i dont recommend them for how my wedding turned out!! i booked a stretch black escalade 20 passenger 3 months ago and paid in full i was reassured the limo would be all set and ready for my wedding in september..i was going to be all new inside, new interior so on and so on. we talked back and forth and was very nice to us months prior to my wedding. i had called the week of my wedding and she wasnt on vacation i left a message with the mother stating where my wedding party would be staying i got no call back i had to call the weekend of my wedding to let her know the pick up location . once again in was told we are all set to go limo is ready for u in sunday at 1245 great super excited .... well the day before my wedding at 5pm i get a email saying pleaae call me .so im freaking out and she begina to let me know we have a major issue and the limosine broke down and need a new alternator and said that she has been trying all dsy to find one for the limo and couldnt do anything about she tried everything. no im so im upset and had to tell my fiance this whos is pissed. she tried justifying this situtaion. and how she tried all day to get one ans has been on the phone all day. not my problem then she tells me what i can do is upgrade u to a party bus . now if i wanted a party bus i would have rented a bus. this isnt a ride to the club or a birthday it was my wedding. i tols her well that isnt an upgrade to me that is a downgrade and would like some money back or something and of course that didnt happen cux she kept saying ur goinf to love it its a party bus much better trying to sell me on it . my husband was very pissed and did speak to her and she veared off talking about other ppl and other stories like we didnt care we want we our damn limo. so we got no limo we got a parrt bus it was nice not for a wedding maybe a bachelorette party. the driver was nice we tipped him his money the first time then when he picked up us i was tols the money wouls be less then wat he was asking now mind u we can tip wat we feel thwre is no law that says 20% he says to me u owe mw 20 dollars and he would get on thw bus until we had his 20 dollars telling me ill take you to an atm i said im in a wedding dress ans my whole party is drunk . im like this is ridiculous u guys ruin my wedding by sending a bus then hound me for 20 dollars like really little did he know i was going to tip him ans extra 100 for being so nice to us and accomadating but chose not to cux od the aggressiveness for 20 dollars like wow is all im syaing wow at the end day we didnt gwt wat we asked for and wasnt giving any money back or anything just justified and call me next week let me know how it goes stuff . so no i dont reccomend them read more

We rented the party bus for my sons 30th bday and went brewery hopping. Our driver Doug was awesome! The bus was perfect, clean and comfortable. I actually overpaid ( i guess i had too much beer) and they called me and sent me a check in the mail. I highly recommend them and will be using them again! read more

if you are considering Top Notch Limousine, PLEASE read this post... Top Notch Limo company picked me and 20 of my friends and family up in their stretch limo and drove us 1 hour to Provincetown. On the way, we smelled something burning and when we got out I pointed to the wheel and told the driver "I smell something burning", he said he would check it out. After dinner and a show the limo picked us up to drive us home. Once again we started to smell something burning, and then the back of the limo caught on fire. The cabin filled with smoke and the driver did not immediately notice. Not being able to see or breath we all began crawling over each other and jumping out of the car while it was still moving. Some of my friends couldn't make it out so they had to jump through the divider into the drivers passenger seat and out the window. I am thankful everyone got out, but not without injury. I called the manager the next day and they tried to down play it, saying according to the driver, he pulled over right away and had no idea there was an issue prior to driving us home. The fire was caused by a caliper that needed to be replaced and froze up, it was driven on frozen for so long that it got so hot it caught fire. The fire was shooting out of the same exact wheel I had pointed out when he dropped us off at the beginning of the night, yet the driver did not call the company to alert them of a problem, instead he put 20 lives at risk. read more

Used this service to pick someone up at Logan Airport. Drivers use their phones for GPS per owner and driver received a ticket from Transit Police for not using a hands free device. Was locked in vehicle several times with driver unable to unlock doors. Had to crawl thru a window to get out at end of night. Also limo had to pull off expressway and drive 30 mins out of our way to get gas. Totally unprofessional business. Owner blamed driver for everything but driver claimed at least 10 mechanical issues with the limo. If there had been an accident or fire we would not have been able to exit the vehicle. Company did not seem to care about safety. read more

the air conditioning did not work. not exactly what you want on a hot summer day for a wedding. the driver got lost, then asked for additional money because we were over by 25 minutes. for the amount of money we paid, the experience was unacceptable. it would have made the day better of the wedding party just had driven themselves in their own car. read more

We "rented" this limo company this past weekend for my friends bachelorette, we were looking forward to a great night in P-Town! Unfortunately, we had a different experience. First we were called and told they would be a little late due to a problem with the limo, sure no problem, then WE had to call back to check in.. said it wouldn't be long they were working on it, they'd call us back.. again WE had to call.. for the same answer. When we called his wife because he began IGNORING us she said she wasn't sure what was going on and she'd again call us back. We got 0 call backs, it took us numerous phone calls to even get in touch with them.. when all they had to do was let us know that they were not going to be able to fix the limo and maybe suggest us a cab or to make other arrangements.. instead left us hanging until around 930pm to NOT show up AT ALL and their solution? They were sorry, which was highly likely.. they were more sorry they didn't get our money. The thoughtlessness this company used that night is incomprehensible, i highly suggest another company..
