They essentially double-billed me for cleaning, plus added random charges that had nothing to do with damages or tenant responsibility. It is clear that this management relies on unfair deductions from security deposits as a business practice. Additionally, they cater the "squeaky wheel" and thus, attempting to be reasonable will only result in being taken advantage of. In several cases we made the agreed upon repairs only to be bullied into completing additional repairs because, according to the agents, they and the Buyers had agreed upon particular repairs that we never communicated to the us, the Sellers, nor outlined in the contract. Nonetheless, they and their Buyers threatened to pull out of the contract 10 days before closing if particular repairs were not made. They wait days and even weeks before returning emails, don't read email correspondence and contractual agreements closely, bully the inspectors, and call their clients anytime from 9 am to 10 pm 7 days a week (including holidays) with inane questions. In hindsight, we would have chosen a agency with more integrity and competency.
