Great idea for a date, nights out with friends or even just an arm workout. Super clean and they even do a Glo Night even 4th Friday. Please take the time and go for that event! You won't regret it!

Combined with the arcade games and the rollerblading it's a good weekender for parents. The cheese pizzas is pretty decent and the chicken tenders aren't bad either. I also think they can do a better job on keeping this place more clean.

Awesome Fun!…read more We have visited Go Ape in Williamsburg, VA and now in St. Louis, too. What FUN! So much fun! Our daughter and I enjoyed our second visit to Go Ape St. Louis on Easter Monday... which was a day off school and work and a day with wonderful weather. This location, like the one in Williamsburg, VA, is a lot of fun! We had an appointment for 1 in the afternoon, and we were there for a 2-2.5 hours. We had a fun and friendly guide, who is safety conscious but not does not detract from the visit in keeping us safe. We also were part of a group of people who also had a lot of fun. Our daughter and I both enjoy all of the high ropes activities... some are relatively easy and others quite hard - like the rings and the double-helix / DNA twist... they take much more coordination to get across, between the trees. But every one of these is fun. And the zip lines... also awesome! Maybe one day... just maybe, I'll learn how to "stick the landing" like our daughter, who "runs" at the bottom of the zip lines and is standing... versus my "twist backward and drag my bottom through the mulch" approach... she gets a 10 for grace and I get a 0 score for grace. :) Thank you for another great visit, Go Ape! P.S. With respect to any concerns about "can I do this?" If you can climb a ladder and talk across a balance beam, then you can do this... sure, you'll be way up in the air... but strapped in with not one, but TWO lines to hold you up.... go and have fun!

I really thought I was going to love this but in the end too many things bothered me about it…read more First, we had a reservation for 10 for the 3 hour adventure but didn't get started until almost 10:30. Some of that time was waiting for the last 2 people to show up which they did at 10 or few minutes after. After that we weren't sure what the hold up was. Sean was our guide. Perhaps he isn't really a "people person " or he was having a bad day. He didn't seem into it but the worst part was that he left us. After the 3 of the 5 sites we saw him only 1x maybe 2x. He gave us no indication that we were going to be on our own. One other guy did pass under us and asked if we were doing good but I think he was just passing by. I was with a friend and when either one of us had done zip line previously there were people to help or over see at each end of a line. Obviously this was different. So glad we didn't have an emergency. Another issue I had was the landing areas esp for site 2- the wood chips were built up so high, all 6 of the people in our ground fell or landed pretty hard. One lady thought her back was bleeding. The last 3 zip lines I didn't fall but it wasn't pretty site either I'm sure. Ha. I started in a group of 6 but then only my friend and I completed the last 2 sites. I don't think that had anything to do with our guide but was a more a reflection on those folks. Their platforms at the top of the trees are very small so when you reach the end of an "obstacle " it was hard to stand on platform to unhook from the cable. The bumpers (not sure of right term) extended too far away from the platform on quite few of the trees which added to difficulty. It was nice that they water at each of the sites. Also their store prices on items that you might need such as gloves were very reasonable. While we were completing site 5 we saw a deer right below us so that was cool. Tips: gloves with exposed fingertips are better especially if you want to take pictures, wear older clothes and look at as many pictures as you can find of the " adventures" so you know what to expect.
