I don't like to give bad reviews, however, I feel people need to know. I was there this week, and to start, I spoke with Ryan. I asked if I could get Nex gen, and a pedicure. He said they don't do them at the same time. First mark against. So I get my pedicure first. Starts off, as he places the plastic tub protector and fills up the tub, the plastic tub protector breaks, holes everywhere. He doesn't replace it. I should've said something. Anyway as the pedicure continues, he starts pushing back the cuticles, and does the first two, then just kinda barely touches the remainder of the toes. Same with under nail cleaning. I said something, and he just continued. As we get to the oil they put on the lower leg, he just rubs it on the top part of my shin. I asked, "Are you gonna do the back part"? He then starts rubbing the calve in an aggressive manner, like he was annoyed. Anyway, the gel polish turned out barely acceptable. On to nex gen dip. He did an ok job, but when he finished, I still had glue, and nex gen dip residue on the tips of my fingers, and under my nails. I asked him to clean this up, and he said "You should've gotten a manicure, I don't do that!" During the whole this, this guy was smug and condescending. I know he was basically making fun of me. The whole experience was absolutely awful! And the actual salon was subpar. If I could give "0" stars I would. read more

Today I had a mani, pedi, and eyebrow waxing. Ryan did a great job with my mani/pedi. He was so nice, gentle, informative, and talented. The lady that did my eyebrows was quick and thorough. The salon is clean and nicely appointed. I'll be back! read more

I've gotten dip nails and a pedicure here a few times. Honestly, it's hit or miss. Most of the time, they're in a hurry and don't do a good job. My pedicures are often done in a rush as well as my nails. They're often sloppy and not what I asked for after waiting a significant amount of time. If they're slow, they're fine or if you get certain people, they're fine. My experience overall hasn't been anything special. read more

This place needs to be shut down. They are ripping people off, charging full price and doing maybe 1/2 the work. I've had pedicures at other places and Top Nails definitely skipped the soak, and jumped to cutting and hardly even filed what she cut. I work hard for my money and I'll be dang if I'll go back there and be treated the way I was today. When I questioned the full price for what I received, I was accused of coming in there and doing this before (doing what??) Complaining I guess for my nails not being polished all the way to the edge and her not cleaning out from around my nails. She is SURE I did this before and I told her I hadn't been in there in years and she must be mistaken, but she claims she wasn't!!! Ridiculous! Be warned--DON'T use this place. read more

I enjoy coming here because they have plenty of space to help at least 16 people. They also have two mini pedi seats for the little ones to get their nails done.now the down side is that they are ALWAYS busy! Honestly their best person is the owners son Bill. He does nails, pedicures and eye lash extensions. Price is reasonable and I have had no issues in the 5 years I have been coming here. read more

went on NYE so I expected it to be full. When I walked in I was not greeted or told any direction of what to do. It wasn't until another lady walked in that I got the opportunity to talk to any staff. Never offered a beverage. Took 2.5 hours for a Mani-Pedi. Was asked to choose my color and then 25 minutes later another lady asked me to choose my color again. Says they their refills are 17 but I actually paid 20. Seemed very unorganized. First off.... the guy wasn't paying attention to what he was doing & kept watching the woman that was working next to him so he actually lost control of the dremmel tool & cut my thumb kind of deep. Second off I wanted the dipped nails because I have never had a bad experience with dipped until tonight. He filed them so much that he filed some of the color off the edges. They final appearance is not smooth either. She said it was $35 at checkout & when I got my debit card out she said oh its $40. They charge you $5 to use a debit card? What kind of racket is that? Not a good pedicure experience! Paid extra for Lavender Pedicure which states "extra long hot stone leg massage". I received 1 minute per leg, however, he was so rough with the stone rubbing it across my chin bones that it was enough. Also, cut my toe, then sprayed it with alcohol which burned. Didn't notice how crooked my big toe nail was until he was done. In addition, very poor customer service. I just wanted to leave at that point. Won't go back. read more

Paid more for the relaxation spa pedicure. The girl working on me yelled yakking to her fellow workers, and they in return, in conversation the entire time. So stressful! Even my relaxation app with earbuds couldn't mask the annoyance. Yuk! Not sure what language they were using, guessing Thai, Cambodian Korean, who knows...what a zoo. read more
