Due to some medical problems I had to reschedule/cancel my appointment. She went out of her way to assist me and even returned my deposit due to it being medical problems. A few days later, the medical problem resolved, we were able to set up another appointment. She was patient, took her time, and produced an outstanding Hawaiian tattoo for me. My girlfriend has popped blood vessels on the back of her earlobes from the clamps. HIGHLY DO NOT recommend.
