She answered the phone the manager, I told her I wanted to get my nails done and my toes done with her made an appointment an hour away and when I got there, she informed me she she doesn't do toenails and had someone else do my toenails instead she had an attitude the whole time she did my manicure. He said they don't do them at the same time. First mark against. So I get my pedicure first. Starts off, as he places the plastic tub protector and fills up the tub, the plastic tub protector breaks, holes everywhere. He doesn't replace it. I should've said something. Anyway as the pedicure continues, he starts pushing back the cuticles, and does the first two, then just kinda barely touches the remainder of the toes. Same with under nail cleaning. I said something, and he just continued. As we get to the oil they put on the lower leg, he just rubs it on the top part of my shin. I asked, "Are you gonna do the back part"? He then starts rubbing the calve in an aggressive manner, like he was annoyed. Anyway, the gel polish turned out barely acceptable. On to nex gen dip. He did an ok job, but when he finished, I still had glue, and nex gen dip residue on the tips of my fingers, and under my nails. I asked him to clean this up, and he said "You should've gotten a manicure, I don't do that!" During the whole this, this guy was smug and condescending. I know he was basically making fun of me. The whole experience was absolutely awful! And the actual salon was subpar. If I could give "0" stars I would.
