I specifically asked for a soak off because my nails were breaking underneath the acrylics and they hurt extremely bad. Rather than taking the time to do a soak off they peeled my nails off and ended up making even more of my fingers hurt than before. I told them one of my fingers was already hurting from my actual nail being broken, and they proceeded to rip them off and now about four of my fingers are hurting. I have two children at home and I'm struggling to do anything with my hands. They also charged me $15 to rip the nails off when I could've done that at the house. I drove 20 minutes to Jasper specifically so they would take them off gently and soak them off like I asked so I wouldn't have to be in any more pain. I'm pretty aggravated. Getting your nails off should never leave you in pain like this. Once again, Andy always does wonderful and I've never had a problem with him but whoever the guy was that peeled my nails off yesterday really hurt me. I'm struggling to do anything with my hands today and I am constantly using them to take care of my kids, wash dishes and work. I will continue to use my private nail tech and will not be back here.

The two workers were nice but you could tell he really didn't want to take me & was trying to convince me to agree to get a fill on all of my nails. I had only got them done less than a week ago so I said no thank you & asked to please just get my one broken nail fixed. After grumbling he said to sit & wait. I waited 15 min. Before he started soaking the nail off. When he finally started on me half an hour later he was so rough that he made my finger bleed. I even flinched & withdrew my hand a few times. The nail technique & application is definitely not the quality I'm used to. He laid on the acrylic very sloppy & the shape of my nail compared yo my others are hilarious! (See my picture) He even used regular nail polish without sealant. All of my nails are acrylic with gel overlay and he charged me $10 for one nail that he spent less than 15 min. on. I wasn't impressed, sorry. Maybe I'm being too critical but I never had someone make my fingers bleed from nippers & a drill before (ouch!)

We asked for two pedicures. The woman said it would be about 30 minutes, which I was fine with. A man came out, and she explained to him (I assume) that two people were waiting for pedicures. He began setting up just one chair. I explained that I wanted my brother to get his pedicure with me -- I don't live here, I flew in from out of state, and spending time together was the whole point of going. I even offered to wait a little longer or have him sit next to me. That's when things got weird. The man stood up and said, "I don't do pedicures." So instead of just being honest from the start, they told me to come back later -- after we'd already driven an hour. At that point, yes, I had an attitude. I was annoyed, and I expressed it. But I wasn't yelling or being aggressive -- I was just direct. Then the woman told me she was "scared"... which I still don't understand. Scared of what? A frustrated customer who wanted basic communication? They asked us to leave. It was unprofessional, confusing, and a complete waste of time. I'll stick to salons that can handle business, communicate clearly, and understand what customer service actually means. This place isn't it.

They have a small boutique with super cute clothes, shoes, jewelry, etc. They always have a sale rack, too! They offer almost every service available. The atmosphere is fun, clean, and I enjoy every visit. They use state of the art equipment and sell the products they use. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
