I read the reviews about them upselling their services and was a bit hesitant but the positive ones about their fast and great customer service won me over so I decided to give it a try. There was no wait on a Sunday mid afternoon, and I literally just sat in my car for less than 10 minutes and I was done. My total was $103 (oil change and they topped my coolant for an additional $6). I know I probably would've saved about $40 going to Jiffy Lube with a coupon but I really liked the convenience of not needing to leave my car. I was helped by London and Alex and the service I received from them was exceptional. I was offered a few other services for additional charge and the pricing weren't bad - but it was over 90 degrees today and all I really wanted to do was be able to get my oil changed quickly so I could turn my air conditioner back on. I received a list of recommendations on a few part replacements so I probably would go back soon to get it done. Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Hacienda Heights is a 10/10.

Really honest bunch of folks, super thorough in inspecting the vehicle and walked us through each part they thought had problems and why, and were very patient with my mom who couldn't understand English very well. They even called me to let me know I left my sunglasses after I left. I will definitely come back to get my car serviced!

I got a full refresh on my 2018 340i. car was overheating and misfiring last minute before i got here. i had to changed oil filter housing ,valve cover, old pipes, new inner cooler and many more. their were able to tackled all in within 1month or so and top of that parts was the longest wait. Note; their shop was insanely filled with other cars and insanely busy. Andy and the crew was friendly and informative what i need to be done before things get hectic with the old pipes, so i pulled the triggered and did everything for future headaches. got the Car back and it feels super healthy and way more alive. Initially, the employee and myself shared a concern of whether or not my truck and all of its accessories would fit, but it fit with ease. Inside the business you'll find a comfortable seating area with air conditioning, though I opted to sit outside on their shaded patio. As I watched my vehicle being cleaned after its wash, I couldn't help but notice how meticulous the employee worked in drying my vehicle. He followed each wipe of his microfiber towel with the air compressor, both inside and out, leaving no chance for water spots or dust. After tipping the gentleman, I was on my way. Coming from someone that hates dealing with cars (it's stressful and costly, I don't know enough…read moreabout it, it's hard to trust a new mechanic) - I have really appreciated taking my lil' 2015 Honda Fit here :') I've visited R&N several times for different reasons: got my transmission fluid changed and a valve adjustment done, and asked for advice for my VTC actuator and catalytic converter which have been causing issues. Whether it was for a service or consultation/estimate, Mark has been patient to hear me out through my million questions and explain each process. He's never tried to pressure me to do a service I didn't need and their pricing is quite reasonable. He even threw in a brake inspection and O2 sensor test at no extra charge since I was already in for the valve adjustment! I'm most happy to have found a mechanic that actually listens to my concerns - thanks to Mark for being so sweet! I'd recommend this place to my family and friends and will be a returning customer for sure.

Julio (the owner) did my oil change one day and he left the cap that needs to be SECURELY CLOSED AND TIGHTENED open. When I moved my car from my parking spot the next day I noticed a large oil spill. I quickly took it back and he noticed what he had done and admitted to what he did. He said that Volkswagens need to be "tightened more than other cars". I asked him if he was going to add more oil and he said no because he had "added a little extra" so it didn't need it. A few weeks later my car started shaking when I would be at a complete stop so I took it to a mechanic. They said the oil level was low and that there was damage due to driving it with low oil. I HAD TO PAY $1,170 at the Volkswagen dealer because a regular mechanic told me to take it there because he could he could not perform this extensive repair. Even though they fixed this issue they said there is possible engine damage due to driving it with low oil. I spoke with Julio (THE OWNER of JC TIRES AND OIL CENTER) and asked if he was going to take accountability for HIS MISTAKE. He said that it was MY RESPONSIBILITY to be checking the oil and that my car probably burnt the oil. The mechanics that checked my car said that Volkswagens do not burn oil and besides that it is just a 2014 it is not that old to be burning oil.
