HORRIFIC COMPANY, CARS AND SERVICE! Run don't walk from any interaction with this company. They are a compete and utter nightmare. We booked a limo from Niagara Falls to Toronto and the driver arrived late, which was the least of our problems. The limo that was advertised was from a different decade than the sad and tired one that pulled up. The limo was quite literally held together by tape. The AC didn't work. The vents were legitimately missing- just a big open hole where warm air blew on us the entire trip. We had to put the windows down on the highway to not overheat. Only half of the lights worked. Outrageous No-Show - Avoid at All Costs This was one of the most unacceptable service failures I have ever experienced. I booked and paid for a Meet & Greet airport pickup for my 88-year-old father at Pearson International Airport. The driver never showed up. No call, no message, no explanation--nothing. My father was met by airport security and was clearly present in the arrivals area the entire time. There is absolutely no excuse for missing him. Even more appalling, neither he nor I received a single attempt at contact. Any competent company would have called immediately or reached out to the secondary contact. This company did neither. What makes this even worse is that there was no way to reach them. Their phones went unanswered, and there is no functioning emergency contact. How a transportation company operates without basic, real-time customer support--especially when dealing with elderly passengers--is beyond comprehension. The situation left an 88-year-old man stranded at the airport and caused completely unnecessary stress and confusion. It is reckless, irresponsible, and frankly inexcusable. To add insult to injury, there has been no timely acknowledgment or resolution regarding a refund. Do not trust this company with something as critical as airport transportation--especially not for vulnerable passengers. This level of negligence is staggering. read more

TOP LIMO IS A SCAM Driver was supposed to show up at 2:30 pm on Saturday March 21st, didn't arrive until 3:40pm. While the vehicle was relatively clean it was poorly maintained with cracked/broken upholstery. Pick up time was supposed to be 1:00am on Sunday the 22nd but the driver didn't arrive until 1:35am. Driver's English was poor and didn't understand directions very well and was not dressed professionally. Given the price of the service it was poor value and service. I would expect a credit. I had called Top Limo on March 20th to see if the pick up and drop off time had some flexibility and was told no so I made sure we were ready by the original time yet the driver was late for both pick up and drop off! Driver showed up and was rude. When I booked I explained it was for prom for a drop off time of 5pm. Driver showed up early because he had another picked up at 5pm? Then threatened to leave, threatened to charge us $1,000. We explained that we were running about TEN minutes behind and again he threatened to leave. All the kids were rushed and unable to take pictures. The driver then magically had enough time to demand payment (which I said they could arrange and pass up during the drive). I had to call twice to explain that when I booked I was specific about the drop off time being 5pm. Why you would book rides so close together is absurd considering we paid over $600. Worst ever ! I booked months in advance for my daughters wedding and paid in full from 1230-530. they arrived at 1230 . as I loaded 300 worth of soecial food for the day they tomd me they were leaving to attend another wedding when I clearly exclusively booked and paid for five hours. As the bride was almost ready the bridesmaids called out in horror that the limo left! our worst nightmare. they also drive off woth our food! the bride and 8 bridesmaids were stranded in driveway. when I called them they lied and said the driver was filling up on gas. then they said the limo broke down. many witnesses to this horror.Shame on you for doing this ! you lie and cheat customers. you rounded my daughters special moment save ours elves and do r book this lousy cheating company EVER ! read more

No!! Very unprofessional! Totally disorganized. Limo was filthy! And the air conditioner didn't work! I noticed that the steering wheel wasn't even straight....the wheel itself was 1/4 the way turned while driving in the 401!! Try to tell me that this is worth $2000!! read more

If I could give a lower review, I would. First off, I'll preface this by saying, I booked this limo in the beginning of January 2023 for our event at the end of June 2023. At the time of booking, it was made VERY CLEAR where the destinations were... obviously... as it's their literal job and they require the destinations for proper bookings. We were to be picked up at 230pm and taken to our restaurant location, followed by a concert and then to return home by 12:30pm. It's not complicated. I expected it to be slightly expensive to be chauffeured for 10 hours, but this was for a bachelorette for my only baby sister so cost wasn't a huge factor. Everything was agreed on, contract signed, deposit paid. Fast forward to 2 nights before our event, I decided to call to confirm our reservation with Top Limo. At this time, I was told they had no record of taking us to a restaurant only directly to the concert. The woman then told me it's an extra charge of $180 plus tax and tip. TO ADD A SINGLE STOP FOR DINNER UP THE STREET FROM THE CONCERT. Again, as this is my baby sister's bachelorette, I questioned her in order to confirm I heard her correctly and then agreed to pay the remaining difference on my credit card. I just wanted to make sure all the addresses/stops were confirmed so her night would be perfect. Day of event: The limo driver shows up nearly 15 minutes late (which I must add, they put in the clause of their contract that for every extra 15 minutes, there is an additional charge). The driver didn't apologize for being late, but then insisted he needs to take the final payment before heading to our departure. So I pulled out my Visa card. He then told me "No. They told me you are paying cash". Absolutely not. Yet he insisted on the matter. After delaying us even longer, we had to tell him to start driving so we weren't late for our event and we will sort out the payment. About 10 minutes into the drive, we noticed it was hard to breath in the limo and asked him to turn on the air conditioning as it was one of the hottest days of the year and there were 10 people crammed into this limo. Well the air conditioning only worked 2 of the vents and the rest were broken. You would think for almost $2000 they would confirm on the hottest day that the air conditioning was working... but I guess that's probably an extra charge too. It was an estimated 1.5 hours from our pick up location to the restaurant, and on our drive to the destination, someone from Top Limo called me FIVE TIMES because they couldn't figure out how to process the payment properly. I finally got confirmation that she figured out how to charge my credit card so I ignored her future attempts to contact me. As we are getting closer to our destination, we noticed the driver passed the restaurant and was taking us to the wrong destination - AFTER I PAID EXTRA AND CONFIRMED 2 DAYS BEFORE THE EXACT ADDRESS. We barely made it to our reservation on time because he didn't go to the right place. After dinner on our way to the concert, the driver didn't even bring us to the venue. He dropped us off on the side of the road at an intersection and said he will pick us up where he dropped us off. That was aggravating in itself. After the concert, the driver was NOT where he dropped us off. In fact, he was across the street in another parking lot and made us walk to him. After we all finally loaded up in the limo and got on the road home, the limo driver took us the wrong direction on the 401 heading west instead of east. So were all drunk from the concert in the back of this limo yelling at the driver that he was going the wrong way. He finally listened to us and changed route but then for a SECOND TIME he was about to take another wrong exit AGAIN. Finally, we got on the right stretch of highway, headed home. You would think there would be no other way this guy could mess up getting us home. Well as I was sitting directly behind the driver, I notice cars are passing us on both sides and I looked at his speedometer and he was going 96km/hr on the 401 series where the posted speed limit is 100km/hr minimum when the normal pace of traffic is average of 115km - 120kms. This guy was going under the speed limit the entire way back. Due to his incompetence, they added an extra hour of time to our limo reservation. AN HOUR. And they charge for every additional 15 minutes. At this time, were less than impressed with the service provided by Top Limo, but the icing on the cake, was when he dropped us off on the side of the road and didn't even bother pulling into the driveway. There were 10 intoxicated individuals being dropped off in the middle of the road for the second time this evening. Words can't even express how unbelievably dissatisfied we all were with the service of Top Limo. They couldn't even provide the basic services they were literally being paid to provide. FIND ANY OTHER COMPANY YOU POSSIBLY CAN. They will ruin your special day. read more
