Randy helped me out, assisted in this project, and a couple of others since then. He spend a good deal of time showing me techniques to install the lettering in my particular application location, which helped me with avoiding peeling, bubbles, etc. I would recommend this sign company anytime to anyone. He has a damn good assortment of signs in his shop reflecting work he has done and is capable of doing. I will use him again, and would recommend him to anyone looking for good ol' fashioned customer service that seems harder and harder to find.

I was greeted by Robin who was very friendly and welcoming. I met with Matt who worked with the idea I had and understood what I was wanting. He designed the etching that I wanted very smoothly and knowledgeably. He told me it would be a few days to get it back to me, but actually decided he didn't want me to have to come back so he went ahead and got it completed for me while I was there. He even allowed me to go back and watch the process of the laser etching which was probably the best part of the whole thing. The finished product came out amazing.
