When I calmly pointed this out, the nail tech became defensive and rude, which honestly caught me off guard. I asked for the manager, and he didn't offer to fix anything -- no redo, no correction, no accountability. I still paid and left, but I had to go to another salon the same day to fix my nails. Paying twice to undo someone else's rushed work is not okay. If you care about nail health, not being rushed or talked down to, and actually getting the service you pay for, I'd proceed with caution.
