I knew where this place was, but would not think a second to come here, well that changed in a heart beat after stepping into the joint, the meats are all put out, nice, frozen, well cut, well displayed, and if you want that right thick cut of pork belly (sorry... this isn't for a Chinese cooking thing) and you know you need that Korean cut (you know what I'm talking about) this is the place you come. The sign on the outside made me feel I was back in the pandemic period, but it is understandable as the place (for customer's) is small, so if you are going in, you must make sure that the people in the store are already paying, or you must stand outside. On a few occasions we have had to wait while others were getting their goods, and we have bought their nicely cut (skin off) pork belly, and thinly cut slices of beef for hot pot. The plaza usually has parking as they have a few spots marked for this store. The prices are reasonable, and the meat quality is great, so now this has become my go-to place for meats when I need that right cut.

They sell primarily raw fresh meat and a few frozen products as well and the prices are all pretty fair for what it is. They also sell a small handful of non meat products like instant ramen noodles, Bull Head BBQ sauce, a couple of canned items, frozen shrimps, etc. So this definitely is a good place to check out if you want a decent butcher shop for some fresh meat. This is one of the big boys of the market that deals in the meat selection. It really does not matter what time of day you are here, it is busy, with line ups for meat, and bones (for their Chinese soups). Also it's not a far walk from the smaller meat market that is just a couple stalls up to compare prices and quality.

You can sign up for their membership and collects points each time making a purchase. For every $1 spent, you get 1 point. Not sure how the point system works but might as well. I found that the meat could be cut a bit better or into bigger size. When I threw them into the hotpot, they basically became too tiny to pick up. There is a nice variety of both packaged goods and deli type items with a large selection of cheeses and sausages. They have a sandwich special at the back counter as well, where a cheese and sausage grilled sandwich is a reasonable $2.99. I tried out some of the halva, which was a very nice quality. It wasn't overly dry as some can be and had a nice strong flavour. This is a welcome little addition to the neighbourhood!

We bought a bunch of different meats to try. The meats are all heavily marinated. Those who like milder taste may want to try milder flavours. The guys working there are super nice and patient as we slowly walk around the convenience store sections. Overall, we would come back to buy meat again.

If she is cuckoo and sees things that are not happening she is a liability she should not work there ir I will sue next time. Crazy people should not deal with the public. She thought that I had scanned Crave but I had put down the liverwurst. Play the tape. Because I am senior banker and I'll sue. I dont know what's wrong with her but she should work in the warehouse not in a job dealing with the public. And I had complimented this no frills earlier to a friend. Boy was I wrong. I will call the police next time to take ownership of the recording.
