After remodeling our backyard we needed everything washed down and cleaned up and again my contractor basically introduced us to the owner and his crew. To my knowledge they did not use any chemicals, soaps or degreasers. The entire process took roughly 3 hours and after they were finished everything dried real nice. The machinery is a little bit on the loud side and I guess that's the only negative thing I can think of. The owner was super nice, his employees were very nice and we are a very happy customer. I had…read moreadmittedly been delinquent on washing the exterior of our house because past pressure washers I used have broken something on our house every time - doorbell cameras (yes, multiple times), glass from our outdoor lights, security camera, etc. Will and Kyle came out and took care of cleaning our roof (which I didn't realize needed cleaning untill I looked at their website and found out that moss is not good for roof tiles). They were professional - Will gave me a call when they were 20 minutes away and texted me when their ETA got pushed back a little. It actually took a full day and then a couple of hours the next day to finish our house, but Will and Kyle had no qualms coming back the next day and made sure our yard and house (including our outdoor furniture) were spotless of debris from the roof and the house was cleaned to my satisfaction. Nothing was broken! It was very easy to schedule with Brett. He even called to check on how things were going at our house from out-of-town. We have light grey concrete pavers that were installed about two years ago, and the surrounding eucalyptus trees have been relentless -- the seeds and leaves constantly fall and leave dark stains that are nearly impossible to get out. We hired another company a year ago to clean and seal and it was a mediocre experience at best. They also permanently damaged some of our pavers, which was beyond frustrating. Michael and his team were a completely different experience from start to finish. They treated the stained areas individually before pressure washing the entire surface. After the first wash, they noticed new stains had already fallen from the trees and without hesitation offered to clean everything a second time - which took an entire additional day of work. They then covered the pavers with tarps and plastic to protect them during the drying process, installed new high quality sand, and applied two coats of high quality sealer. We went with the natural look and they came out absolutely beautiful. Unlike the previous company's work, you can actually see and feel the protection on the surface. A few days later, Michael and his son came back on their own to help us move all the heavy furniture and items back into place. Nobody asked them to. They just showed up and did it. I fix and flip properties, so I work with contractors constantly. Michael and his team are among the best I have ever worked with - honest, great communicators, and they did exactly what they said they were going to do, then went beyond it.
