Talked to person after hours on a Saturday night- He gave an approx time the service team would show up(within a couple hours). An hour later, Dalton called while en route. Dalton and Matt shows up and knew exactly what to do. In less than an hour we were back in business. No surprises. The first time we used this company was 20 years ago when Scott came out and helped attach our well to the house. Multiple generation company. Established. Consistent. Dependable. Tech said my capacitor was bad so he replaced it and it didn't fix the problem. Next he attached a garden hose to the compressor and ran water over it for several minutes. Still no improvement. Told me the compressor was bad and needed to be replaced and because the unit was old, several other components as well. $6000. I told him I needed to think about it. $89 for service call. I contacted another AC company and since he had just had a cancellation he was able to come quickly as well. 20 minutes later the AC is running and cooling my 94 degree house. $90 for the service call no parts needed. It was a loose wire. So I got an$89 lesson from NOW and a $90 repair from the second company. I do not recommend NOW and will not be calling again.

They came to our house within 12 hours, used a camera and found the problem immediately. Then they dug up the ground, removed the very old pipe and replaced it with pvc.
