I gave them a 5 star review...approximately 3 years ago after I actually had a plumbing appointment. Out of nowhere I recently got 3 emails in 3 weeks asking for another review. I called them and she said that they had recently gone with a new service for online reviews and it was pulling from their customer database. I said they weren't getting what they paid for if it was soliciting customers from years ago, and thought that was the end of it. This morning, I got yet another request for a review of my "recent service". That makes 4 in about a month. I'm not going to write a bunch of fake reviews, and I'm not super happy with them giving out my contact information to some random marketing company so that they can carpet bomb my inbox.
