Terrible experience with Hannah. I met with her to go over expectations and hired her to do a deep…read moreclean. The first guest after her cleaning complained about cleanliness. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and chalked it up to a mistake or an overcritical guest. I again talked about our expectations with her. Once that guest checked out, in the Turno app that we use, she marked the job as started at 8am in the morning and finished at 8am-this is before guests even check out. She did this to initiate payment. I noticed that she did not actually start the cleaning until late in the evening. I let her know that she needed to have cleanings completed by 4pm to allow for same day turns and not to prematurely mark the job complete in Turno. She said she understood. The next guest contacted me immediately to share pics of a fridge full of mess and and unloaded dishwasher. After that guest checked out, I asked her if the cleaning had been completed earlier that day (it was later in the evening again). She lied and said it had, but my security camera and door logs showed no one entering. When I brought that up, she said she would go clean later that night. I told her we were done. The guest with the messy fridge also messaged me to let me know about many other cleanliness issues. It appears that Hannah didn't do a deep clean or even a regular, typical clean. I have uploaded screenshots of the guests' feedback along with a screenshot of how she marked the job started and cleaned at 8:21am.

If you're looking for a quick cheap fix keep looking you won't find that with Advanced Plumbing. What you will get is a job done correctly following all applicable standards and codes utilizing the best available materials. I see a few really bad reviews here and that's a shame because Bruce is very skilled. He is from a generation that takes pride in a job done right. They came to my house and removed one ginormous tree that was dying and another large tree that was hanging over my house. They showed up removed everything cleaned up the site so that you could never tell they were there. They were professional polite I will be using them for all future tree needs.
