They will not respond to my request to come fix the problem. I made continuous phone calls and finally OWEN answered, and told me he was on a job but would call me back that evening when he got to the shop. Well, he never called me back. I have researched the AR licensed plumbers and I cannot find where A plus or Owen Fitzgerald is licensed in the state of AR as a plumber. Beware of these guys. They will not follow up on their work.

If you're looking for a quick cheap fix keep looking you won't find that with Advanced Plumbing. What you will get is a job done correctly following all applicable standards and codes utilizing the best available materials. I see a few really bad reviews here and that's a shame because Bruce is very skilled. He is from a generation that takes pride in a job done right. I think Advanced Plumbing has other crews and I can't speak for them.
