Also when you finish the online portion do not forget to do the review at the end as that is what completes the online portion and allows you to move into the in person driving lessons. Online Learning portion 6/10 nice to go at your own pace. For the driving portion I had 10 hours with my driver though it did take another 3 weeks until I had my lessons with my instructor. The Instructor I had was Mujahid he is really nice and knows what he is doing, I heard from friends that a lot of the time the Instructor books classes back to back which means a student would drive to your house and you would drive them back to theirs, well Mujahid does not do that which was great because it feels awkward with a random stranger in the back while you are trying to learn. Driving portion is overall 10/10 with Mujahid. After that I took the test though I did not past the first time it was just bad luck with the evaluator at the DriveTest center. Second time I past right away at a different location. Props to Mujahid he knows what he is talking about.

I am willing to make adjustments to this review if we actually get serviced and get the driving lessons done. We paid almost $1000.00 and not getting serviced. That's not acceptable.

His calm, kind, and clear instructions helped me to feel more confident behind the wheel with every lesson. Ejas always took the time to explain things thoroughly and made sure I understood not just how to drive, but the exact techniques and rules necessary for safe driving. The lessons were always well-structured and I felt at ease with him at all times. Not only that, but he also checked in on my welfare, my family's welfare, and always made sure I was doing okay. What I appreciated most was the encouragement, positive attitude, and forgiving nature. When I made mistakes, forgot to reply, and even made his life a little harder sometimes, he always remained patient and helped me without feeling discouraged. The person I spoke with tried really hard to keep us, when we really just wanted to get the refund and go somewhere else. Then, when she agreed to give us a partial refund (around 2/5 of what we paid even though we had only done the written part and 1 road lesson), throughout the process she would essentially threaten us with something along the lines of "don't rush me or i won't give you your refund", whenever we would ask for a status update. I don't know how good the instructors are, but i would avoid just due to the way they treat customers.

In car instruction is adequate…read more However, we tried to receive a certificate for completion of this course (for insurance purposes) and the school claims the in car instruction was not completed within one year - (and claims it was completed 8 days after the one year deadline). We dispute these dates (and believe the classes were completed 2 months prior) and the company is not at all helpful and SUGGESTS SHE RETAKES THE ENTIRE COURSE (ALMOST $500). When an employee tells me I should have read the contract, and is smarmy and condescending, it is a poor reflection of the company. Go elsewhere when finding a driving school for your student.

A year ago, I tried taking my G test with instructors from other driving schools and ended up failing twice. I had to get my G2 all over again so I went back to Zameer and he helped me passed again in Aurora (First try!). Today we went to take my G test and I FINALLY PASSED!!! I am so happy that I decided to go back to Zameer, I wish I went to him earlier for my G. He is the best instructor, he gives you all the tips and tricks to being a safe and confident driver in order to pass all the road tests. I highly recommend him, especially if you're a new driver and can't get much practice on your own. His driving school is award winning (2018 and 2019 consumer choice award, and 2019 top choice award). You know you're in good hands!
