We walked in a bit nervous to turn over my family's heirloom jewelry (2x engagement rings, 1x family heirloom cross, 1x heirloom necklace) in hopes of getting returned a wedding band and wedding cross to wear every day for the rest of my life. Mr. Moseley helped us design platinum pieces, to include an entire custom wedding band with my family's stones, as well as a cross featuring my grandma & great grandma's diamonds, as well as stones from my mother's cross necklace. My something old was my family come back to life- my mom was in tears on my wedding day seeing our family represented on my hand and neck for our day. The only other problem I had was the original quote I recieved was $155 and when I picked it up it was $197...they do not hand out quotes on paper, it was a word of mouth quote. So it was my fault for trusting the number I was given. Because of the problems I had I will not return if I have anything wrong again.
