Well, what had happened was the EV charger I was directed to prior to this one did not work. So because I was low on charge I didn't want to push it any further so I came here. I didn't know it was a dealership until I got close. I panicked. Hoping I'd be able to charge. The dealership was closed but the EV charger was very reliable as one would assume being posted at a car dealership. Had the dealership been open I don't know what that situation would have been like. But the charger was reliable and it was fast!

I was the first in line for that day. I waited in their lounge till about noon (4 hours) before being contacted about what they found. My total time was 7 hours. The service advisor Mark could not give me an answer why they could not change my headlight bulb so he tells me that they are not OEM bulbs he could not even tell me how to get to the bulbs. When asked if the dealer won't know how to access the headlight bulbs then who knows how to change them? His demeanor changed and from then on he was very rude and disrespectful toward me even telling me he hope That I never come back there. I went to another dealership in Columbia SC and they told me that the bulbs were a fit and gave me A thorough explanation about the process to install them which is very unique. The rude, disrespectful conduct and the long unapologetic wait time was enough for me to believe that the service department is not good. Not to mention the lack of knowledge and professionalism. I cannot say that I won't go back because I have little faith in the work that they did and may need to go back under their warranty to have it redone. .
