AWFUL! NOT RECOMMENDED! I called on a Saturday to make my appointment. Appointment was made for that following Thursday at 2. I had to take off work to get this done trusting that they would be there on time. I also had my husband move everything out the way for them so my house was all jumbled up. I waited and waited until 2:30 and I called to see where they were. Apparently something got messed up and I wasn't on their schedule but I was in the system? Weird... So I asked what they were going to do to fix it. She said she would call back. She did and asked if 6 o'clock would work. I said I have to meet my husband somewhere at 4:30 but I can hurry back and be home by 6. So that's what I did. 6:20 rolls around... she calls and said their machine got over heated and they wouldn't be able to come.. NOW I've been inconvenienced not once but TWICE. I tried once more to make it work and asked if they could come first thing Saturday morning (like 7am first thing) they said they could do Saturday afternoon.... there was NO way I was allowing them to steal my Saturday away from me because now I have trust issues. This is completely uncalled for and a crappy way to run a business. Taking my business elsewhere. Please see photos to show how rudely they interact with clients! read more

Make an appointment with these people if you don't want anyone to show up, I called and scheduled an appointment for a Saturday and the person on the phone said great we'll be there in the evening and that they would call me an hour before they would show up. Well Saturday rolls around and I wait...no call, nobody shows up. That next Monday I call and they say they had something going on "forgot" and they were sorry and they could re-schedule me for the following Saturday. Ok next Saturday rolls around and the same thing happens...what a joke, I never called back. read more

We have used them for the past four years! My husband works with chrome and nasty chemicals so my carpets were always dirty plus having two small children. Xstream clean was able to get out every stain that I had with no problem! The owners are very nice and I love that it's a family owned business. read more
