They have an automated system that makes it easy to schedule an appointment and checkin digitally. My stylist moved from another shop and is now acting as a master stylist and the Hair Cuttery location manager. Hope has years of experience and in my opinion gives the best hair cuts in Orlando. She also does a full range of services including color and eye brow waxing. I think her expertise lies in that she can easily understand your hair texture, cowlicks and use that knowledge to shape your hair in the style you want. She asks questions and repeats what she intends to do beforehand so there are no surprises. I like that their online reservation system sends you texts to confirm your appointment and a reminder text. What I don't like is they have an over zealous marketing bot that bombs your email box. Hopefully I can adjust that in preferences. Great location in a new Publix shopping center.

The guys that work there are polite. I'm not sure the name of the gentlemen that helped me but his station was the closest to the door on the right side. He completely messed up my hairline. What's even worse is that when he went to show me why it looked like he purposefully moved my bun over the spot where he messed up, not showing me my full hairline. If he would of fessed up and said he accidentally went to high I would have been okay with it because I get that it can be a bit difficult, hair grows back. However the fact that he let me walk out of there after paying AND tipping him with a messed up hairline is unacceptable to me.

My husband walked in looking like a lumberjack and walked out looking like a GQ model after a killer fade and a beard clean-up that could rival Zeus himself. The kids? They were transformed into little gentlemen who suddenly started using phrases like "Excuse me" and "Thank you." Who knew a good haircut could unlock manners? The barber was a magician with clippers, and the attention to detail was incredible. They didn't just cut hair--they sculpted masterpieces. They even took the time to ask about what styles we wanted, and they nailed it. My boys' haircuts are so sharp, they might cut through airport security on our way back. The shop itself has a great vibe--clean, professional, and welcoming. The kind of place where you can sit back, relax, and trust the process. The prices? Totally reasonable, especially considering the level of skill. If you're in Orlando and need a haircut, do yourself a favor and stop by this place. My family looks so good now, people are asking if we're on a magazine cover. Highly recommend!
