She listens to what you want, clarifies with you to make sure she understands, and when she says she is taking off an inch, it's an inch. Not an inch and a half to two inches. She also takes me on time and has never canceled on me. Her bubbly personality makes me look forward to seeing her every time I return. The prices are really reasonable too. That was important. I never understood paying $100 to get some dead ends cut off and a blow dry.

She also seemed annoyed about having to cut a child's hair, which made the experience very uncomfortable. As a paying customer who even leaves a good tip, I do not appreciate being treated this way. This has never been a problem for great clips stores, manually they enter my card information and I use my card , until the manager of the lake hart store told me that this is not possible(11/16/2022 , 6pm), she didn't want to help me even though I said to her that I have always used this card this way and never had any problems until now. For $7 dollars, the store manager literally fought with a customer who had been coming to the store for over 10 years. Unbelievable ! My stylist moved from another shop and is now acting as a master stylist and the Hair Cuttery location manager. Hope has years of experience and in my opinion gives the best hair cuts in Orlando. I think her expertise lies in that she can easily understand your hair texture, cowlicks and use that knowledge to shape your hair in the style you want. She asks questions and repeats what she intends to do beforehand so there are no surprises.
