Nobody pays full price for an open box item but the dude tried to convince me that the used piece of gear was totally copacetic and should be sold at full price. He even fixed a floorboard for my Pod Pro. Right now they are setting up my Kit built Tbird bass, and they had fixed Truss rod issues on as 46 year old 4003. Whatever it is, they'll get it done.
