The gentlemen was very friendly and walked me through the options and got it set up in just a few minutes. Shortly after I hung up the phone I got a confirmation email. My flight was about a week away and I received a few texts just confirming the date and time they would arrive. And the car (a shiny black Cadillac Escalade) arrived at exactly the time they said it would. Our driver was very pleasant and professional, handling our bags and opening doors. Usually I'm a pretty bad backseat driver but no complaints. It was a smooth and safe ride. A+
