In my opinion, that's what sets Industry Limo apart from the ride sharing apps-- immediate customer service over the phone rather than correspondence by email. The owner is also very knowledgeable about the ATL area and knew the exact location of where we were headed that evening. Although we planned it out ahead of time, he was very accommodating with some changes the night of our birthday event. 2) Bus was super clean, very comfortable. We had about 16 and there was room for more. Seating was 'traditional' forward facing seats, not bench style. For our crowd this worked great. I called several places, read reviews etc. I called Mark and it was an instant connection and a knowing that he was the one to hire. He was outstanding!! He arrived on time, was professional, courteous and kind. We had some time to kill before the concert, he recommended a couple places to stop and get a drink or appetizer. We did just that, he joined us for the appetizers, we made it to our concert in plenty of time and when we came out, he was right there to bring us home. I called around to a few companies the night before my early morning flight and was told by them all I had to call 1.5 hours before I wanted to leave at 6:30am for the airport. That meant calling at 5am, and I sure as hell would not be up that early! When I called Atlanta Taxi Cab Service, I was happy to find out I could make a reservation and then not have to think at all the next morning to make a phone call when my brain surely would not be functional. The driver arrived exactly on time in the morning and was professional and courteous. Carried my very heavy suitcases for me. He didn't talk on the phone nor slam on the breaks at any part of the ride. It was such a cozy, peaceful ride in the Town Car that I didn't want to get out and deal with the airport rush! He said upon return if I need a ride I could text (no need to call!) and say my flight # and door # that I would be at. They would track my flight for me to make sure they are there to pick up at the curbside at the right time. Now that's service! It is about $10 more than you would pay for a yellow cab but you're paying for peace of mind AND the rate includes the tip! No need to worry about calculating the tip and taxes and service charges and all that. I paid a flat rate of $55 from Edgewood. Makes flying a tad more enjoyable.

I've been using David Lim and his folks at Hana Limo and have never been disappointed. From early morning airport runs for business travel or for those international trips when you need a large SUV, Hana always delivers. Their prices are reasonable and they are always professional, polite and most importantly always on time! We had a family wedding late last year and told all of our guests to contact David. It was so easy for our guests to text with David and give him their flight information. Hana will monitor your flight and will pick you up from the airport on time based on your flight arrival. If you need to be greeted in the terminal, Hana will be there and you only have to pay for the parking charges. This was helpful for some elderly family members that needed additional assistance. A few years ago we had lots of family coming into town around the NYE holiday. Due to bad weather all over the country there were 100s of flight delays. Our relatives had booked Hana and their flight was over 4 hours delayed. No sweat for David and his team, they patiently monitored the flight and were in constant communication with our family throughout the ordeal. They finally arrived at our house at 4AM. The driver was so nice he helped with all the luggage and even carried in our relatives 5 year old son! Always service with a smile! I can't recommend Hana Limo enough!
