This is the second time I have visited this store in a week. The first time I had to search for the…read moreitem I needed. At no point was I asked if I needed assistance, but at least I knew there were employees in the store. I was finally able to find my items and used self check. The two people behind the counter at the front were at least friendly. Tonight (1-9-23 @ approx 8:45-9:00), as I was walking through the store I heard a young woman and young man talking in the make-shift managers office. I could not see them but could hear the entire conversation, complete with colorful language from the female. When I headed to the checkout, there was a young man who had been standing there for quite a while. He asked me if I knew where to pick up items that had been ordered online. THERE WAS NOT AN EMPLOYEE TO BE SEEN IN THE ENTIRE STORE! I told him I could hear them in the office. He said he heard them, but they wouldn't come out. I went to the door and knocked. When the young man opened the door I tried to explain that there was a gentleman at the front counter needing assistance. It obviously fell on deaf ears because he walked right past me and did not even acknowledge I had spoken. He was rude! He did help the young man then was obviously anxious to get back to his "potential opportunities" in the office. Anyone could have just walked out with their merchandise and the employees would have never known. Very disappointed! Management should look into this. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had at Walgreens. The photo center…read morestaff were completely unprofessional and extremely rude to my husband. We ordered a poster and received confirmation that it was ready for pickup under the correct name and location. When my husband arrived, the employees immediately dismissed him and insisted he was wrong about the name and that no order existed, despite him showing them the confirmation messages proving otherwise. Instead of helping, they argued with him and treated him like he didn't know what he was talking about. After wasting his time and giving him attitude, they finally admitted that their printer has been broken the entire time. So not only did they fail to complete the order, but they also never bothered to notify us before he drove there. That is completely unacceptable. This level of incompetence and disrespect is ridiculous. The staff clearly do not care about their customers or their jobs. I will never order from this location again, and I would strongly warn others to avoid their photo center unless they want to deal with rude employees and wasted time.

The lady employee rang it up and I was distracted and paid but when I got in the car looked at the receipt and saw she charged me $6.04. I took them back in and the same employee said she couldn't refund me even though I showed her the sale sign clearly on the door (how many other people has she over charged). I was told to come back in the morning to speak to the manager which I did. I brought the cokes back in the store bag with the receipt and showed her the sale sign and she said she couldn't refund me the difference. Also, I might add neither the employee who overcharged me nor the manager ever apologized. I advised the manager that was false advertising and she just shrugged her shoulders. I called their Corporate office to file a complaint and I am not holding my breath. I think I may call Coke to complain as they provide the retail signs and pricing I believe. This has ome more about the poor customer service I received and the blatant over charging and the fact that the manager just shrugged when this was brought to her attention.
