Getting in and out of the car and negotiating stairs were the biggest constant problems. Rush assessed my poor condition and set out a routine of clinical Pilates. As I improved progress was noted and the routine reassessed constantly over the next few months. I no longer have the constant back and leg pain, but I still attend the sessions as I need to keep strengthening the weaker aspects of my ageing body. My mobility now is good and I go up and down stairs without giving it a thought. Rush and Dom have been the main physios I have seen and I would highly recommend all of the physios for their professional and careful treatment.

If you need running technique assistance, Dr Christian Barton is THE person you should see…read more He is an expert in running injuries and has transformed my running technique in only a few short months. I was over striding horribly and my cadence was far too low. After a few sessions with Christian, plus some home work including strengthening weights, rehab/motor control exercises plus run walk intervals working on technique, I am now landing underneath my hip rather than over striding. Cadence is up and I am ecstatic. Injuries have calmed down and should hopefully stay settled now my technique is sorted. If you love to run but often get injuries, go to Complete Sports Care & ask for Christian!!

My first appointment with them was a fairly lengthy one as the physiotherapist had to ask me lot of questions to determine what was wrong and what course of action to take. I was given an ultrasound massage and shown a few exercises that really helped my condition. And since the second session, I've never had to go back. The physiotherapist was very thorough, professional and even though she did say I would need a few more sessions, I felt better after the second - which is a shame since I was hoping to try the clinical pilates out. They also have a fast claim system so I was able to get a direct reimbursement through Medibank on the spot.

They have been so wonderfully helpful, supportive & professional in helping me sort out my various sports related injuries in the build up to my first Ironman Triathlon. Jay (physio) & Roz (remedial massage) have been crucial in getting me to the start line in the best shape possible after quite a few injury setbacks. They provide excellent treatments (massage, dry needling) and brilliant "homework" including gym programs, running technique, self-massage & stretching tips, plus more to get you back on track as soon as possible. The reception staff including Brit, Elly & Cassie are also super lovely & accommodating at fitting you in for last minute & after hours appointments where possible. If you have a niggling injury I highly recommend these guys (as do many sporting teams around town who use these guys too - think Melb Storm, Melb Rebels, Northern Blues VFL etc)!!

You want a physio who understands your lifestyle and finds solutions that fit in with it, which is exactly what they did for me here. At the time I was doing a lot of work on my feet that involved lifting things in an awkward way - a physio's nightmare. Rather than unrealistically telling me not to work, they were able to tape my back appropriately and give me some tips to be able to do what I needed to without exacerbating the injury. With some at-home exercises and visits every 7-10 days I got better and was also a little more mindful of what I needed to do to avoid the injury in the future.
