I've been attending Pilates at Motion Health for nearly two years. During that time I have grown enormously in strength, physical resilience and aerobic fitness. My outlook on life has markedly improved and I have been able to increase my activity into other areas including walking, body pump and yoga. I'm pleased that I can go up stairs two at a time, lift my suitcases easily when I travel, hold my shoulders back and stand up tall, all without back or hip pain. Working with Emma and Joel has been quite life changing. They are both university qualified exercise physiologists, individually focused on my needs, highly capable and persistent. Most importantly, their kindness and encouragement has meant that I continue when I'm flagging, enjoy coming to my classes and feel positive about my health and fitness like never before. read more
