I have to give here exceptional credit for weathering the changes in healthcare let alone those practice changes with the recent market in the Chicagoland area. Dr. Rae is a great service driven physician that listens, assesses, treats and follows up with patients. Although an internist, she has an excellent handle on diabetes and its treatment. Over the years our family's health has thrown several curve balls that she has fielded well. Emergency calls, Late night appointments and collaborative efforts with other physicians are among her exceptional service qualities. If we have ever had any issues, it has been directly traced through the errors of transitioning support staff.

I went with surgery and she found the issue and resolved it. This doctor really is a doctor in all senses. She listens, she understands and most of all she only does what needs to be done and no more. She is conservative, intelligent and very well mannered. Her attention to family members understanding the issue is amazing. Glad I found her and will gladly travel far to let her treat me.

Run, just dont walk from this medical practice. An extremely small and inefficient medical…read morepractice. I struggled through three years of using them as my primary care physicians. Not only are their hours of operation are extremely limited, but they also take a 90 minute lunch break. They are extremely limited in their hours in case your sick and need to see someone ASAP. Besides having to call them multiple times to get a simple refill on a medicine. Having to call the pharmacy two or three times to see if the doctor submitted a prescription, I had to call them two or three times to get them to send the prescription. They made multiple billing errors charging me for my annual physical, then not billing me for a doctors visit. Their office manager Mary is a bossy, rule quoter, who does significantly more talking, not listening. She doesn't treat you as a person, customer or a patient. Its all about her being right and she will talk down to you until you decide to stop listening. She is as uncaring as an ex-spouse. There are no redeemable qualities about this practice. Dr. Mulki is about as hands off and un-involved as a doctor can get. I had major surgery done recently. Did he visit me once during my hospital stay "no". He left it to the in-house hospital doctor. I only need one prescription through their office and it was harder to get then money from the government. He referred all my prescriptions to my specialist, complete hands off. Couldn't diagnose a simple foot infection either. Run away from this practice.

I knew something was off when I went to see him, he tried to brush it off as natural aging.. I'm 40! As he was putting in my symptoms on the computer the computer told him to check vitamin levels, he wasn't sure that would be it, but I said to include it. Sure enough I was extremely low in multiple vitamins. Had I not insisted things would have gotten extremely serious. Please do not waste your time or money with Dr Milani. Front Office staff is horrible they didn't take you serious. The nursing staff is fabulous! They only good thing about this office

This doctor accused me of selling my vicodin on the street when it didn't show up in a urine test…read moreafter researching on the NIH web site, I found several reasonswhy the urine test was not valid fot my circumstances. That's what happens when you get a doctor who is not educated in an area in which he attempts to practice. I've taken vicodin on an as needed basis for advanced osteoarthritis, for eight years. When I moved, I found this guy and I even asked if he would feel comfortable prescribing it. He said sure, and then threw me out of his practice when he could not manage my meds after all. I suspect the real reason is, he started missing appts with me, without giving 24 hours notice. I complained, and the same day, he had someone from his office call and tell me not to come back. Very irresponsible and unprofessional: two characteristics you don't want in a doctor!
