Went to this gym for 3 years. Here old men display predator or harassing behavior toward young…read morewomen. I'm a young married woman and at the end of the day no longer felt safe there. Staff was notified and apparently notified him but he only got more scary. Had men follow me around the gym, memorize my workout, stare at me even after I stared uncomfortably back at them, had a man walk up to me and tell me I'm doing something wrong without so much as an introduction. I had a trainer there (who was not my trainer) ask me "why do you women bother setting up hip thrust variations when there is a machine over there ". (This guy no longer works there) Many toxic experiences that were honestly unsolicited. At the end of the day the facilities are not the problem. If you are a man you're not gonna have any issue with this gym..... if you're a woman, using this gym, be careful.

The staff members are very misleading when it comes explaining their "memberships" and how the company will charge your credit card. They make you sign an agreement on an iPad, but they don't provide you with a copy of the document you are signing while sitting in the office-they email it AFTER the fact. There must be a reason they pressure you to sign the iPad without offering a paper document. Additionally it is impossible to 'create an online account' with their company without calling their office and asking them to walk you through the process. And then when you are finally able to create an account and log in-there is no place in the account where you can cancel your membership or remove your credit card number. You may or may not enjoy the stretching, but the way they do business is misleading and unethical. It's more about the money than it is about you. BEWARE!

I wanted a gym that was not too much out of the way, that had showers, and that had the equipment I wanted to use for my workouts. This place met all my needs. I was debating between this gym and 1 other but chose this one because it was brand new. Everything was kept in good condition and nothing was out of order when I visited. Unfortunately, I started my membership at the peak of those 100+ degree days so not only was I sweating on my way here, I was sweating the whole time I was here. The air conditioning was not cold enough at all inside on the floor or in the locker room. The front desk staff were always pleasant but some of the personal trainers did not appear professional. For example, there was a trainer that was supposed to be training a client but the trainer was more interested in staring at their phone. I was saddened by that because I was interested in obtaining personal training services because I need that accountability. I wound up cancelling my membership and hubs due to the discomfort of the temperature and the abundance of members in the gym. I think because it was brand new, so many people joined but there were no down times, no matter when I went to work out. I do have work out equipment at home so the gym gave me some motivation to get back into the home workouts again. The membership fees were comparable to other gyms in the area, as well as the amenities.

When I went to train, I was unexpectedly informed that my membership had been canceled. The owner and Powerlifting coach mentioned it was "nothing personal" and that they wanted to avoid any drama with me and the other members. Despite this, I was the only one who faced such a punishment, which felt extremely one- sided and unfair. This situation has not only disrupted my training routine but has also left me questioning the gym's management and their commitment to treating all members equally. We agreed that I could return after a 3 month ban set to return on March 1st 2025 and when I did he let me train for one day before texting me at 4am the next day saying that he would "pass" on my membership. I hope the gym reconsiders how they handle such situations in the future, as no member should feel unfairly targeted. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this gym unless changes are made in their membership policies and dispute resolution process.
