They offered me water when I arrived and later learned I was charged for it. They also charge for pedi slippers.

I had a whole day of just getting glam up Getting ready for a big huge family party in Ponce the city we were in in Puerto Rico and I looked fabulous. I had a great time and I felt so good about myself when I move to Puerto Rico. These are my girls for sure! I speak a little tiny bit of Spanish and they speak full Spanish. There was a language barrier if you will, but my eyebrow or my eyelash girl spoke English, and there were girls that spoke English, but it didn't matter when you wanna look good women take care of women and that's what they do there in Puerto Rico. They take care of their own women and they make you feel fabulous and beautiful And that's what they did for me and I can't say enough. They offer acrylic nails, shellac, manicures, pedicures and airbrush nail art (advertised but not…read moreavailable...). They do not do any kind of nail art, only simple polish which is very rare (and odd) from a nail salon in Puerto Rico. I decided to give this place a second chance after trying them out over a year ago and not being very impressed. Unfortunately things have only gotten worse and the service continues to be mediocre. They are one of the only nail salons in my area, but in my opinion are not worth it. I went for a full set of short acrylics and the nail tech working on my nails was polite but not very good. 3 of my nails ended up crooked and looking in odd directions, the shape of the nails were way too wide and in areas bumpy. She cut me in 3 different spots and I ended up with polish on my cuticles that I had to clean up at home. Keep in mind, this was with me watching her work and asking her to correct the mistakes. Had I not said anything my nails would have ended up way worse. She spent a large part of her time with me distracted by her phone and the telenovela playing on the television. While they weren't a complete loss (i was able to correct some things with a nail file at home) they were definitely not worth what I paid. My advice; look elsewhere for a good nail tech.
