They told me to go to an specialist ( what are they if they cant turn on a generator ?? ) . They did not advise or recommend a tech, but they charged me 4K ,,,,, "because we tried !! , so you need to pay " . Even if I go to a doctor if they cant do the job, I dont need to pay more than the cost of a new generator. ADRIAN is the manager , who cant fill the shoe and should step down from that position that is too big for him. But also the morality / ethics of the complete company leaves you perplex .
