Can't blame them for what you didn't do. Any time I make a purchase for that amount of money I usually spend time on forums seeing what other people have done. It's best to learn from their mistakes instead of making your own. No type of dealership is perfect whether it's cars, boats or motorcycles and Boater's Landing is no different. You should always do your research and be on your guard when you deal with salesmen that work on commission... Here is a photo of my boat that I purchased from them. It is also a Key West 239FS but it has a 300hp on it. It will do between 50-55 mph depending on water conditions and load.

When I brought this to Billys attention, he told me "tuff shit I already purchased it" after that he asked me if I wanted to trade my boat back in so he can collect another percentage of commission. Let's just say that almost $30,000 is not worth a motor with low miles... And that's all we would've been getting... I do understand in this day and time that anything used is hard to fine but let's be real when we advertise in good condition and well-maintained. Now onto our 3 Hour Dr. home.

I brought my boat to be repair after an accident. The…read moreestimate for the repair, was very small ( weird ) . I told them about many other issues we noticed after the incident. They told me, It wasn't related to the accident. Well, not even the engines were fully repaired. I was overcharged for MISSCELANEOUS after the estimate was paid by the insurance. Btw I finished my engines job in other shop. totally disappointed !! The generator did not make it to the water, and on the trailer was not working already. They finally sent me a tech ( whom I found out went to generators school AFTER they had my boat for repair. After a day of work, he coun't fix it. They told me to go to an specialist ( what are they if they cant turn on a generator ?? ) . They did not advise or recommend a tech, but they charged me 4K ,,,,, "because we tried !! , so you need to pay " . Even if I go to a doctor if they cant do the job, I dont need to pay more than the cost of a new generator. ADRIAN is the manager , who cant fill the shoe and should step down from that position that is too big for him. But also the morality / ethics of the complete company leaves you perplex . OF course I declined to pay, but they threatened to put a lean on the boat baes on the small letter that says " you must pay even if we dont perform the job as promised " Be careful !, you will be sorry . I dont know the relationship with the insurance company, but the only one that ends up over paying and having a sour taste is you, There are many other companies way more ethical

We needed to cancel boat,they would not work with us but could get out if we gave them the ten thousand we put down. Their compassion says a lot about them! The boat could have been sold by them when it comes in pretty much standard boat. Be real careful with their salesman they lie. We needed to cancel boat to put our efforts into getting my wife better. Would not recommend them to anyone!

I called Brad and told him I wanted to buy the boat he had listed. He told me he was in Texas and asked me to please wait until he returned to buy the boat so he could get his commission. I agreed to wait. He promised he'd hold the boat for me until he got back. I headed over to Walkers as soon as Brad alerted me he'd got off the plane. I called Brad when I left to let him know I would be there shortly. He told me he'd sold the boat. This guy has no integrity and belongs somewhere other than in any customer-facing position. If Walkers will hire someone like Brad Skelton they probably don't deserve my, or your business.
