I would love to hire them to come to my office and see if they can turn that around. I am very impressed with the quality of the service and I would highly recommend them to my friends and colleagues

Longtime Customer - Extremely Disappointed with Declining Service…read more I've been a loyal customer of The Boat House for years and have purchased multiple boats from them--always on the promise from management that I'd be taken care of when it came to service and support. Unfortunately, that promise has been completely broken, and the quality of their service department has only gone downhill. Most recently, I brought my boat in for what should have been a simple repair. I was told it would be ready in a week or two, but nearly a month passed with no communication. I had to call repeatedly just to get updates, and every time I spoke with someone, the story changed--parts were ordered, then backordered; the boat was being worked on, then suddenly it wasn't. There was zero consistency and even less transparency. When I finally got the boat back, I was shocked at the condition it was returned in. It was filthy--greasy handprints on the seats, dirty footprints all over the deck, and it clearly hadn't been cleaned or cared for at all. I brought this up with the service department, and all I got was a casual "sorry," with no offer to fix it or make things right. To make matters worse, the original issue I brought the boat in for still wasn't fully resolved--and now there was a new issue that wasn't there before. Again, no urgency, no accountability, and no effort to deliver the kind of service they promise when selling boats. After spending millions of dollars with The Boat House over the years, this experience makes it painfully clear that customer loyalty means nothing to them. I will not be buying another boat from them again, and I strongly recommend that others look elsewhere if they expect any level of professionalism or long-term support.

I just had my Pursuit 280S w/twin Yamaha 250 outboards service by them (they now call themselves…read moreNaples Bay Marina at the same address 3470 Bayshore Drive, Naples). They are certified Yamaha mechanics and they did an outstanding job. My boat got its 100 service, they fixed what was wrong, finished BEFORE the promised day and charged a fair price. And the boat was SPOTLESS when I picked it up. I'm not going anywhere else from now on.

Brought my 15hp merc to them Dec 27th 2017, picked it up 4/14/18 STILL not running!! They lied to me about parts not being there, they lied about working on it, cost me $280 and still wasn't running. My friend and I got it running in ten minutes once I got it home and after I had to go back to get missing parts!!! It was a simple fix "small engine 101 course"- the butterfly was closed the whole time which was why it wasn't getting gas/air/vacuum, it didn't need gaskets ( I always used non ethanol) ,it didn't need to be cleaned in a sonic parts cleaner, it didn't have a blocked exhaust !!!!! They told me it had spark, compression and was getting gas ( which it wasn't) but wouldn't start !!! They ruined all of my winter fishing. They accepted the job, told me it was about an hours labor then I was given so many excuses ie " sales before service", boat show, guys out sick ect. I called weekly and sometimes twice weekly and was told it's next on the list repeatedly. IF you do business with them it's on you, has to be the absolute worst experience I've ever had with any business, I just can't say enough to reflect the incompetence of this outfit. Why can't I give them negative stars !!!!! -5 would be my rating. I don't know if this place is under new management but if you find a good review then it has to be from previous owners or a relative of the new owners.

This is in response to Michael K. Sounds to me like you…read moredidn't do your research/homework on your purchase concerning the size motor that you purchased with your boat. Can't blame them for what you didn't do. Any time I make a purchase for that amount of money I usually spend time on forums seeing what other people have done. It's best to learn from their mistakes instead of making your own. No type of dealership is perfect whether it's cars, boats or motorcycles and Boater's Landing is no different. You should always do your research and be on your guard when you deal with salesmen that work on commission... Here is a photo of my boat that I purchased from them. It is also a Key West 239FS but it has a 300hp on it. It will do between 50-55 mph depending on water conditions and load.

After a year in the boat has had multiple minor issues that Billy lied and told us was under warranty, refusing to fix by saying "its my problem" . We purchased a 239fs powered by a Yamaha 200ph, if you call any other dealership they will refuse to ever take the boat on trade due to be WAY Underpowered. When I brought this to Billys attention, he told me "tuff shit I already purchased it" after that he asked me if I wanted to trade my boat back in so he can collect another percentage of commission. I could not believe this actually came out of a business owners mouth. After calling calling around to other key west dealers, I have found many others are treated the same. I would suggest asking around before pulling the trigger like I did. From out customer service to how
