Had a bumper replaced and the car looks good as new! They went above and beyond! Highly recommended!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Tony's collision center, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. A special thank you to Marco, the manager, for being so helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. It was obvious that he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in the work his team does. I'd also like to recognize Christine, the owner, for creating such a professional and welcoming environment. It's clear that she has built a team that takes their work seriously and puts customer satisfaction first. The quality of the repair was excellent. My car looks fantastic, and the work was completed with great attention to detail. They were honest, organized, professional, and kept me informed throughout the process. What could have been a very stressful experience after an accident turned into a smooth and positive one because of the way they handled everything. I highly recommend this collision center to anyone who needs body or collision repair. If you want knowledgeable professionals, quality workmanship, excellent communication, and people who genuinely care about their customers, and value for you're money this is the place to go. Thank you again to Marco, Christine, and the entire team for taking such great care of me and my car. I truly appreciate everything you did! read more

This review is only for the estimate. My friend came in with an old Mercedes that wasn't running well. Their price to fix everything wrong with the car was $5000. There were 2 pricy repairs-drivers side window and valve cover gaskets. I didn't think the price of either of those was outrageous. But even after you subtract those it's still over $3000. $130 to replace an air filter?? $78 to replace a dust filter? The parts list looks totally marked up. My friend will be going elsewhere. I've never heard of having to pay $5000 for a car that's actually running and didn't need a head gasket, timing belt, or engine replacement. read more

Great guys went out of their way to fix my car promptly. Highly recommend! Thanks again

Thank you for realigning my drivers door. Quick Efficient and reasonable prices no BS straight to the point.

Well, the customer service is great. Everything I stopped by the shop to check on the repairs to my car they were progressing. And they take the time out of their work to explain the work needed to me , the consumer. Which is great. So yeah, Tony's a great place to take your car for repairs, Lexus & Toyota's, and Subaru's only! read more

Someone crossed into a protected lane and merged into me causing damage to my 2011 VW Jetta's left mirror, front panel, tire and rim, headlight and bumper. So I reached out to Tony's since it had great reviews, they are in network with AAA, and it was closest to my home. When you drop by for a consult, I recommend pulling over in the side street or directly in the shop (if there's room) since street parking might be hard to find. When I dropped in, Ivan answered all 38297 of my questions and was very patient, honest, knowledgeable, and reassuring. Customer service from Ivan and Ed in person and over the phone was excellent from start to finish. If you're looking for a quick service, this might not be the best fit since their services are in high demand and they get booked out. I had to wait a couple weeks to bring my car in due to their busy schedule, the holidays, and waiting for parts to ship to their shop. However, it was worth it due to the quality work they do. If you're also looking for a lot of mechanical work, this MIGHT not be the shop for you either (but be sure to ask). I say this because they specialize in body work and might need to outsource some services. But they're well-connected and will get the work done! They use an app and texting to keep you posted on the status of your service. However, I found that calling was the best way to get an accurate update. They passed the estimated completion date by a day or two, but offered a fair explanation since there was unexpected internal damage and parts needed. Overall, this was a nerve wracking experience since I was worried my car would be totaled, but Ivan and Ed eased my nerves and did impeccable work - my car was looking brand new! I highly recommend them! read more

They are not honest, her Towtruck mislead and lie to my daughter to take her car to this shop, my daughter was using her Aaa membership to cover the tow services, but I decide to take my car to a different shop and then this women said she was the owner and because I am taking my car away I have to pay them $880.00 for towing services and Saturday and Sunday storage, I did try to remove the car on Sunday but it was close read more

This shop is no longer Tony's Collision Center of years past. Tony sold the business, although they will tell you that Tony only comes in sometimes and is still the owner. During my five visits, they did not even do any work in the SF location. They use a sister shop in San Bruno; it's in the fine print of some documents they have you sign in--total bait and switch. The quality of the work was amateurish at best. The paint job was not finished on the inside of the door jam; it felt like sandpaper, tape marks remained around the windows, and parts were incorrectly reassembled. Here is the best for last: they dented the inside of my door jam and claimed it was their prior. WTF?! It's a good thing the insurance adjuster has all the photos prior. After pointing out all the issues, they were willing to fix the car, and this was a small job. No, thank you! They will never go near my car again; if you are smart, you should let them, either. I told them they could eat the deductible, and they did. I just wanted the work done professionally like the old Tony's. Buyer beware! Also, the car came dirty with 50 more miles than when I dropped it off. Ferris Bueller valet scene insert here. read more

Ed Navarro was very patient with me when I came in a few times to ask about getting my rear bumper repaired since this was near my work. absolutely ridiculous " auto repair shop" I had my car broken into and it hada taken then over 2 and half months so far and I still haven't gotten it back ! every time I try to talk to them they give me the full run around and say they are still waiting on pieces. I had give them the details numerous times of the full scope of damage while yet each time I speak to them they discover another piece to the scope I had already told them about and have to order new pieces once again. they consistently fail to inform me of anything whatsoever. read more

Ivan was incredibly helpful and going through the insurance options, choice of parts, fitting me in to their busy schedule - it was the support I needed during an urgent repair needed for a broken driver side window. His cousin, (ed?) fixed it promptly when the parts arrived and was so kind to fix it and even saved my old blindside mirror. I felt taken care of. I don't think I've ever felt so much love for a collision shop - but here it is! You guys rock! read more

I brought my car in due to a break-in issue and needed some unrelated dents fixed on my Honda Odyssey Minivan. I didn't want anything too fancy given that the car is almost a decade old. They were flexible, catering to my unique needs and understood my cost/quality point. In other words, they didn't just throw me one-dimensional perfectionist expensive repair estimate (not everyone wants a "like new" result) - I appreciate their flexibility. They also took the entire relationship into account when giving me a quote. To make a long story short: they were willing to work with me to get a spectacular quote, thankful that I brought my car in for the insurance work. Now I can drop my kids off at school without feeling humiliated due to the dents in my car. THANK YOU ED NAVARRO read more

The service was incredibly rude and unhelpful. They did not have a credit card reader on site and refused to release my car even after I had handed it over payment by check. I cannot understand why AAA includes them as a facility in its direct repair network as they are just awful to their paying customers. Go to Don's on Bush Street instead. The staff there are competent and helpful and do not waste your time. read more

I got excellent support from Tony's Collision Center after my husband had a car accident. I took the car in for an estimate and Ivan was super thorough and helpful in guiding me during the process. I was directed to Tony's through someone's insurance when they had backed into my car. Who ruins a brand new car by themselves? Moi! *sigh* I did not see that pole, I swear! After calling my insurance provider, my rep offered a list of recommended body shops in my area. I called Tony's and asked if I could stop in to get an estimate on a repair. I'd backed into a pole and dented the rear driver side of my car. The bumper needed replacing as well as the rear lights. Although I was 5 minutes away, Ed greeted me as if I had made an appointment days in advance. He and owner Tony provide the most polite service I have encountered in a male dominated environment. Most mechanics, or body shop owners are brute, grumpy and not polite. These two changed my perception. They've been in the business for over 25 years, so I trust they know what they're doing. Tony and Ed maintain a clean, organized, efficiently run shop, equipped with every tool and hydraulic works required to return your car to brand new condition. There is even an enclosed commercial paint space. After I delivered my car for repair, I was given a time frame of when I could expect my car to be finished. They were men of their word and my car was ready as promised. My car was literally off-the-lot fresh! There was no sign of my idiot maneuver. The entire process could not have been more seamless from start to finish. There was even a Yelp check-in offer I took advantage of when I made payment. Local, family owned and operated, expert service. Why would not you bring your car here! read more

My 21 year old vintage Volvo looks BE-U-TI-FUL!! Tony's Collision Center did a SUPERB job - they not only saved my original fender, took the dent out of it, repainted it, blended it with the door, put on new pin striping, - they ALSO polished and DETAILED my ENTIRE car. (even vacuumed the interior and polished all the windows.) It shines! Between the detailing and fixing several other things besides the fender, they did work that would have cost several hundred dollars to have done separately. On top of that, they came in UNDER the estimate. It's a father & son shop. Ed & Tony are both genuinely friendly and very reassuring. They patiently answered all my questions and kept in contact about the repair process. They do the kind of craftsmanship that used to be done many years ago. And their shop is immaculate. I couldn't have asked for better workmanship. Color my car restored. Color me TOTALLY PLEASED! read more

It all started with the 'sccrrraaaape' and 'screeeech' sounds as the garage door came down on the back of my beloved Audi A3 one terrible afternoon. The result: multiple deep and serious vertical lines where there used to be paint on the trunk door and bumper.. plus, two of the rings on the logo sliced right off and not to mention, my heart breaking into a million pieces. A few days later I managed to back up into a little post that I swear to god came out of nowhere. Smashed the tail-light on my two-ring audi or just my 'Au' as some would call it. Awesome. Seeing it all as a sign, the next day I called up Geico and they told me to go to Tony's Imported Body Shop to have them fix my car for the damages caused by the first accident. At first impression, the shop is eerily quiet and immaculately clean, which made me a little suspicious and unsure if it was really a repair shop since most shops I've been to are noisy, greasy and dark. Turns out they do the painting next door and they just store the cars in the area by the office. Don't be scared. Ed Navarro was really friendly and helpful. I mean, no attitude, no cheesy sales pitches or trying to get me to fix more things than I needed- He's just like 'Yep, No problem. We'll get it fixed'. I decided to pay separately to get the tail light fixed and he gave me a very reasonable quote. Let me tell you, I almost didn't recognize my car when I went to pick it up. They fixed EVERYTHING! There were other nicks, dings, bumps and scratches totally unrelated to the garage door accident... ALL GONE. They even washed it and buffed it all shiney. I have a brand new car. Not only did they fix everything. Ed also left out the labor costs for the tail light so I only had to pay for the part. Who does that?! If you ever need body work done, I highly recommend this place. Thanks for putting my rings back together, making me a very satisfied customer. read more

I was rear ended recently. Tony's was one of the pre-approved shops from AAA, the other parties insurance provider. I liked that they have a machine to check the frame, a new paint booth, and good reviews. Ed was great to work with. He explained everything and kept me updated on the progress. I picked up my car today and it looks great. They got it back to what is should be; paying attention to all the external details as well as the exhaust system. Really a great shop. read more

My car was severely keyed (I didn't even know people did that anymore!) and my insurance company (Geico) has an office out of this shop. I was never pressured into using this shop during my appointment, but after a little research this seemed like the best choice - the shop was clean, the location was convenient, the staff was friendly - going out of there way to be helpful, and the yelp deal they were offering couldn't be beat. The repair and paint job on my car was beautiful (and I can be very picky) and I think they even fixed a few surrounding nicks that weren't part of the incident. I was also worried about timing because my mom was coming in town that week. I needed to have my car back a certain day, and they delivered exactly as promised. read more

Ed and everyone at the shop were very pleasant and professional. Ed took the time to explain everything to me and kept me up to date on progress of the repair. I had taken my car to two other places for an appraisal on repairing my autobody damage before I found Ed Navarro at Tony's. Warm and friendly, Ed at Tony's Imported assessed my car in record time, didn't try to sell me anything unnecessary, and provided me with a thorough estimate. Before I brought the car in, he ordered the parts to cut down on the wait time. My car was finished exactly when they said it would be, it looked like new and they even vacuumed the interior. And, the total charge was lower than the estimate, amazing! The only minor complaint I have is when they removed and replaced the HOV stickers on my prius, they placed one in the wrong spot. Alas, forgivable. read more

The side of my new Subaru was keyed. 2 months after I bought it. How annoying is that? Before I talked to my insurance I took it to a few body shops to get an idea of whether it could just be buffed out or if it was going to be a total repaint of the side. Tony's (and Ed in particular) was recommended to me by a friend who had had a lot of work done on his Subaru. They had one of the more reasonable estimates, and more importantly Ed's customer service and overall professionalism was miles beyond anyone else. He explained simply but effectively exactly what they were going to do, and why they were going to do it. I really appreciated him taking the time to do that rather than just writing up an estimate and sending me on my way. My insurance is State Farm and they are not on State Farm's "preferred" list but it was very easy to schedule the appointment with the adjuster. It's definitely worth the extra phone call or two to set it up, and Ed dealt with the adjuster and the insurance so all I had to do was show up at the end and pay my deductible. They seemed pretty busy there but they still managed to get my car done in about 4 business days even though they had to wait on a couple parts (taillight and rock guard) and it was left over the Thanksgiving weekend. The paint match and blend (dark gray) look perfect. read more
