Where can I start? My wife and I first met with Tony in January 2021 while we were still living in NYC (prior to moving to Denver in May 2021). We didn't get serious about buying in Colorado until the winter of 2022, when the market was one of the least buyer-friendly markets in recent history. After getting significantly outbid on all of our offers that winter/spring, we decided to hit pause on our home search until the winter of 2023 when the market was much more calm. Tony's patience with us was evident throughout this time frame. We finally got under contract with a seemingly great home, but the inspection went horribly and uncovered many underlying issues that were not apparent. Tony did not pressure us whatsoever to continue with this particular home, putting his personal interests/success aside and recommended looking for another home. We did just that and finally closed on our dream home in May 2023! Tony's patience and dedication to our preferred timeline and process was outstanding. He was extremely responsive and professional despite all the ups/downs and intermittent pauses, which ultimately culminated in finding us the right home. He's extremely helpful and detail-oriented during home inspections, pointing out concerning matters to the common eye. Couldn't recommend Tony and his team enough for anyone looking for a home in the Denver metro area!! read more

Tony is the BEST! My wife and I were in a big time crunch to move and Tony was reliable, quick, and efficient. We ended up finding a condo that we love within weeks. We are new homeowners and needed as much advice as possible, and Tony helped us the entire way through. His knowledge about the market, Denver & the surrounding area, as well as his expertise at all the small details that go into buying were immensely helpful. He also clearly has strong connections with the community which helped us find a stronger broker, inspector, etc. Highly recommend. read more

I worked with Tony to buy my first home, and then he was the obvious choice when I recently wanted to sell my home to get into a smaller condo. I truly cannot recommend Tony highly enough. He was extremely responsive throughout the entire experience (by text, email, or phone), and he walked me through every single part of the process so that I felt confident in the decisions I was making. He really did want to find me the perfect home for me- so he was never pushy, but honest about what was available to me, and what wasn't. Especially as a single person, the home buying process can be extremely stressful, and obviously there is a deluge of paperwork, deadlines, and decisions to be made very quickly. Tony was 3 steps ahead of me at every turn, and I would turn to him and ask for his professional opinion knowing that he has the first hand experience to back it up. He was a wealth of knowledge, and had an extensive list of professionals to recommend for every service that I needed. The photographer he went with did a phenomenal job, and Tony was proactive in the marketing of my listing through many different avenues--resulting in more than one offer in the first weekend it went on the market. Tony has told me twice that his assistance does not have to end at the closing table-and he means it! I have emailed him regarding various issues long after my closing date. Tony really does treat you like family, and he is an absolute asset as a realtor. read more

Tony was amazing. He really made the home-buying process enjoyable. My girlfriend and I are first time home-buyers and we met Tony at a property that he was listing. That property was not our favorite, but Tony took the time to explain the whole process to us, no strings attached. He set us up on an MLS search and was always available via text. Since we really did not know much about the process, he walked us through every step and explained things in terms we could understand. He was not pushy at all, even before we were his clients. On several occasions other agents (title agent, lender) commented on how happy they were to have worked with Tony because he was professional and knew his stuff. Highly recommend! Thanks Tony!! read more

Couldn't have asked for better guidance than I got with Tony. He new the right play when I was ready to make an offer and I ended up getting the best price of all seven new units in my building. Only one that didn't end up in a bidding war. While I was under contract, he was always available, informative, and made the process such that I never had to worry about what was going on or what I needed to do next - just awaited his instruction. Smooth experience, savvy agent, and an all around great guy. I would strongly recommend. read more

First time home buyer here...I'll try to spare you from a long-winded review, but Tony is an absolute gem! He had an answer to every "stupid" question we had being a first-time homeowner. Tony is detailed, responsive, knowledgeable, punctual, charismatic, down-to-earth, and an overall genuine person. We went into this looking for a realtor and came out with a true friend. Tony guided us through this dense personal milestone during an incredibly difficult time for both of us. Buying a house in 2020 was not on our list, but even thru a pandemic and an incredibly busy time for Tony, he answered every text/call/email almost right away. He literally taught us the in's and out's of buying a home, and ensured we understood something prior to proceeding. We are very fortunate having Tony and cannot thank him enough! Tony is the real deal, and anyone would be incredibly lucky to have him be their realtor! read more

Tony is the definition of professionalism. We enjoyed working with him all the way from initial meet up to home closing and beyond. When we worked together, he had to bear some of the most stressful moments in a person's life (not to mention COVID19) and his ability to stay focused and continue to be our best advocate during a home purchase was unbelievable. No words can express the gratitude we have for Tony and how thankful we are to work with him. read more

Tony helped us move across the country from Pennsylvania to Colorado. We have three kids so you can imagine the moving process is stressful if you are moving 5 miles away let alone across the country! From the beginning Tony was super responsive and helpful in determining what our needs were, mapping MLS searches by school zone (schools were a big part of our criteria) and helping connect us with resources. Throughout the home buying process he was able to share feedback and recommendations to us for the Colorado/Denver metro market as it is a lot different than the metro area where we lived. We visited CO to look at a ton of houses and Tony took us around to see 15 houses in one day, despite being in the middle of a snowstorm. We thought we found the home for us, but after returning home decided it was not a fit and were forced to find another home (remotely) Tony knew we were under a deadline as our house was already under contract so he cleared his schedule and went to see 10 houses on our behalf and video conferenced us in via FaceTime! We eventually found our dream home in Lakewood and I can say confidently that we would not have been able to do so, with as little stress as we did without Tony's assistance. He even attended our closing to make sure everything went smoothly despite the fact that we did a mail-out (and didn't attend physically) He is an example of a person that goes above and beyond for his clients, and genuinely cares about his business. Even after the home buying process, he is always there to provide recommendations (Plumber, electrician) and advice. The next time we are in the market for a home or investment property, I'll trust Tony to help us make it happen. read more

We had such a wonderful home buying experience with Tony! He and his team were attentive, really responsive and thorough going through the process. They were great advocating for our best interest and making sure we got to the closing table feeling confident in our purchase. This is our second time purchasing a home with Saab Properties and we wouldn't even consider going anywhere else. If you want to find your dream home in Denver, Gina and Tony of Saab Properties is the only way to go! read more

As long-time renters, my husband and I were both intimidated and slightly overwhelmed at the idea of buying a home. Fast forward a couple of months and we are now in our new home and couldn't be happier with how smoothly everything went, in large part because of the excellent service provided by Tony. Tony is knowledgeable, professional and extremely easy to work with. From start to finish, he responded to our questions quickly (including on nights and weekends), and explained each step of the process so that we were informed throughout. Tony took the time to really understand what we were looking for and provided valuable feedback and insight regarding our expectations, criteria and challenges. This open dialogue was especially helpful when we were viewing potential houses because Tony would point out certain pros and cons to a house, including possible red flags/future issues, that we would have never noticed or considered otherwise. (Thankfully avoiding some money pits!) We truly felt like Tony supported us and had a genuine interest in finding us the perfect home. When there were issues during the final walkthrough that were beyond our control, Tony immediately jumped into action and made several calls to figure out a workaround so we could still close on time without having to reschedule the walkthrough and signing of the closing documents. My family has also used Tony's services several times and we have all had extremely positive experiences. He is an exceptional agent and a super nice guy. read more

Tony has impressed us with his wealth of knowledge in all things real estate. He helped us economize on the various preparations we needed in order to get our condo ready to show and sell. He brought us through the deal allowing us to get a reasonable price, amidst intense competition between ours and the other units in the building. That, and he helped us find and secure our dream home, beating out nine other offers in the process! Couldn't be happier with where we are at, and the decision to use Gina and Tony Saab Properties. Thank you! read more

Finding a house in the crazy Denver market can be tough, but Tony made the process enjoyable, comfortable, and ultimately successful. He was very receptive to our vision for our prospective home and was extremely helpful in teaching us all we needed to look for in a home. He always made himself available to us to see as many houses as we wanted and never made us feel pressured into settling on a house we didn't love. Tony made it known that he would be there to answer all our questions throughout the process and made us feel comfortable talking to him about anything. Tony (and Gina) helped us purchase our 1st home and we cannot recommend them enough! Tony is an incredibly knowledgable agent with great insights and instincts. Despite his knowledge, Tony always wanted to hear our opinions before adding his expertise. He understood what we were looking for probably better than ourselves, but constantly checked that we were comfortable in the process. We were always able to get in contact with him. Even when he was out of town, he arranged for us to tour a home with Gina. When it came to contracts, negotiations, and resolutions, Tony was beyond skillful while also being warm and professional. We are 1st-time homebuyers and our negotiation process was not cut and dry. With this, Tony went out of his way to explain the process, hear our concerns, and make sure the right work was being done. I don't think we could have asked for a better experience. You should absolutely use their services. They are skillful and professional, overall just great people! read more

Tony helped us find a great home! We started looking May 2018 in this challenging Denver area market. Tony helped us find a home with everything that we wanted: a back yard, a two car garage and a large kitchen, all in our price range! Tony is an awesome realtor to work with - whether it's for buying or selling a home. He was very knowledgeable of the Denver Metro area, which enabled him to advise us on making a strong investment in an up-and-coming area. He also had a keen eye on the integrity of the homes we viewed, making sure to point out any structural flaws or other major issues that could cause us headaches down the road. In the end, we ended up with a home that we will love for years to come for a very competitive price. Tony made that all possible! read more

We had a wonderful experience working with Tony! He was helpful, supportive and really knowledgeable from the first day we started looking at houses, to the day we closed. He kept us informed along the way of what we should keep in mind when checking out houses, navigating making offers, going through inspection, appraisal and closing. As first time homebuyers, this was really key, since we didn't know what we should be looking for, or what was most important. Tony gives his honest opinion and speaks from his years of experience. Tony was never pushy at any point. He made sure we were comfortable with every offer before we committed to anything. My husband and I emailed, called and texted Tony almost every day and at all hours in the weeks leading up to closing and Tony was extremely responsive and helpful! Above all, Tony is a cool dude who is easy to be around and talk to which always makes what can be a stressful process that much better. We highly recommend Tony to our friends and family that are starting the home buying process and will certainly be using Tony in our next home purchase! We can't say enough good things about how much Tony has done to make our first home purchase such a positive experience! read more
