I needed routine services. I bought my 2019 Jeep Cherokee in Las Vegas and drove it to Scranton, PA when I relocated last year. I had taken it to my local dealer which was a horrible experience. Either there was no communication during the appointments as to what was being done or how long it would take or my appointment had been cancelled or the parts weren't in stock. So I ended up with 5 appointments for 2 oil changes. I made an appointment with this Jeep Dealer and was finally satisfied. The check-in was easy and included prices. Initially, I requested to have Recall V63 completed at the same time. I was then informed how long that recall actually takes and booked another day. I had a hiring appointment after my service appointment, so had he not informed me I would have been there an additional 2 hours and missed my hiring appointment. (I got the job!). The oil change and tire rotation took a little longer because they were busy, but the waiting room was comfortable and equipped for social distancing. All staffers were polite and courteous. I will totally use them for any of my Jeep needs. *my only suggestion is adding a courtesy shuttle, but not sure if they had one before or COVID-19 interrupted that* read more

I purchased a new Jeep Cherokee, the process was easier then normal when purchasing however, I test drove and discussed v6 engines and they pulled a more unique color for me from a selection that was going to be sent to a different dealership, telling me it was equal to what I test drove. So we signed everything and I left. Well come to my surprise the one they ended up selling me was a v4. There are thousands of cars on their lots and all the hard to find ones that other dealerships sell out of quick. Do you know why? It's because they cant make a sale. They don't call when they say they will, they don't follow up, they don't give honest trade in prices. Correct me if I'm wrong but.. When you're trying to sell someone something as expensive as a brand new car, you should probably at least make what will appear to be a great effort. When it came time to buy a new car, having already seen a Honda dealer about trading in a two year old Fit Sport, we decided that we wanted to look at a Fiat. I have two really good friends who have these and love them. One has the pop and the other has the lounge. I had already done a ton of research about these awesome small cars and asked both of them a million and one questions. We figured that December was the best time to look since many dealers are looking to get some final sales in. We arrived at Tony Domiano around 5pm and began to look at a pop model they had on their small showroom floor. About 5 minutes later someone finally approached us and asked us if we needed help. Bill greeted us and brought us to his desk to talk about what we were interested in and I began to explain our situation. We told him we had been offered a certain amount of trade in at Honda but that we were more interested in a Fiat. We explained that we wanted to spend X amount monthly on a payment and he began to search their database of onsite cars. Out of the 116 cars, none matched price wise as well as with our colors of choice. It was then that I asked Bill "What about the model right here?" referring to the car we had just been looking at. This model was priced a lot higher due to having a lot of extras but Bill agreed to go see what he could do for us. For the next 20 minutes we negotiated prices back and forth, all the while we were never once offered a test drive, never shown all the gadgets and great features, he never explained all the benefits of getting one model vs another. Bill didn't offer us alternative cars or offer to walk around the lot seeing if anything else struck our eye. We stood firm on the price we were willing to pay and didn't budge. He explained that Fiat's do not have a high mark up and do not offer rebates (something I later found out was not true) so it can be hard to work with buyers on pricing. After some more negotiations and a total of an hour tops spent in the dealership, we were told that he would need to run it by his manager in the morning and he would get back to us. I informed him that we would still be checking out a rival close by to see what else was out there. He showed some distaste but as consumers, we have every right to shop around. The next morning Bill called me and told me he had been given the approval to give us more for our trade in and so they would sell us the car for our desired price. I asked him to email me a breakdown of how this would be done. Upon receipt of that email something just didn't seem right to me still. The breakdown he sent me was only numbers, no thorough explanation like I had expected. Just a short paragraph. I thanked Bill and told him I would get back to him after seeing my other options. As someone who has previously sold high end goods, I myself would have immediately followed up and tried to seal the deal by offering a multitude of things least of which would be a test drive. Tony Domiano does not offer any service with Fiat's and I'm sure this was also a bargaining chip he could have tossed my way. But not one word from Bill. I contacted a rival dealer that day by phone, Fiat of Lehigh Valley. You can read my extended review of their services on their page. After being treated WORLDS better there and spending hours looking through their stock (as well as the stock of dealers in a 400 mile radius) we decided that the model on the showroom of Tony Domiano was still the best fit. There was no way we were going to purchase the car from Tony Domiano. After some phone calls back and forth the car was transfered to Lehigh Valley and we purchased it from them. However... This was not done without some unnecessary and inappropriate drama. Minutes after the car was requested I received a phone call from an irritated and angry Bill. He proceeded to yell at me asking me why I was buying the car from another dealer after he did "all that work" for me and accused me of "taking money from his young daughters hands". I am not going to engage in that kind of conversation and I hung up. I'm truly embarrassed for him and I hope that in hindsight he can see why he lost the sale. Had he really gone above and beyond and formed some semblance of a bond, we probably would have returned to Tony Domiano to purchase the car. The people at this dealership are incredibly deceptive. Salesman negotiated a price with me over the course of a couple hours. Even ran my credit and got approval for the negotiated price. Told me he wanted to wait til the morning to run it through another local bank. Fast forward to this morning when I get the run around about still waiting on the bank. Eventually he calls me to say the owner refused to sell the truck at the negotiated price. This is why people don't trust car salesmen in general and especially this dealership specifically. read more

A few weeks after my review, I was finally able to get new tires. I was given options to deduct my finally payment, pay for two tires and they would pay for two (I only needed two) or return the car. The fact that was even offered as an option was ridiculous so I decided to return the car. Upon arrival, my salesmen was unavailable of course. Someone else helped me and instead of me returning the car, offered to get me two new tires. After waiting 3 hours I left with my two new tires. Then every day for a week they went flat until finally I went to another mechanic who said they were set right and repaired the issue for me. I was recently contacted on here by the salesmen regarding my review, as he was unhappy about it. As I originally said, if you have poor credit and don't mind get screwed over a little it's a good place to get a car. But if you're looking for a customer first mentality or customer service, I elsewhere. No good Long story, but my father turned in a leased Jeep,and I was going to take him home. We waited well over an hour to be helped. We were waiting in Walt's office for most of the time, while he came in and out several times on the phone , ignoring us. He finally came back, and we thought he was going to sit and talk with us. Instead he summarily asked us to "leave the office so he could get some work done". He then proceeded to tell us we can sit any where we want , and he thought there might be some chairs in the corner. Previously, at our initial arrival, I was outside sitting by the car being turned in, while my father was in Walt's office. Not knowing who I was, one of the owners was yelling to one of his guys to ignore another car, since " he was making a lot of money" off of the car we were turning in. I've been in sales for 20 years, and get the impression that if you are not buying at that moment, you are nothing to them. I compare it to a "mill" where the goal is move units, not provide future sales or good long term service; fishing, not farming, as it is called in the business. I guess I will try Carvana, or something similar if I ever pull the trigger on a Ram 1500 eco diesel. read more

My water pump went, so I took it to them and they fixed it pretty quick. I had to rent a car for two days because they didn't have a courtesy vehicle, they fixed it. Price was reasonable. A week later as I'm driving from the gym with the windows down I start smelling antifreeze. I pull over, lift the hood and antifreeze is pouring out top radiator hose. I let it cool of to reveal the hose had pulled away from the opening. So obviously the mechanic didn't tighten it up completely. So I get antifreeze and as I'm adding it I'm looking around to make sure that was all that was wrong I see the fan motor shroud wasn't put back on correctly. And the bottom piece of the shroud was broke and hanging off. So I pulled it off and went about my day, the next day I see the temperature dial all the way over to 3/4 hot. So I called a friend of mine to ask him what he thought might be the problem and he suggested putting the bottom of the shroud back on so the air can continue to cool the engine which I bought and installed and that seemed to do the trick. Now when I get time I'll have to totally undo the shroud and install it correctly because it's not even hooked on correctly. All the time and money I wasted working on it myself I should have just fixed the pump while I was at it. At least I know I would put everything back together correctly. read more

My husband and I stopped on a Saturday to look at a Jeep we liked. A female salesperson came out to greet us and asked if we had any questions. We asked several, none of which she could answer....except one. The question was, "What's the difference between the Jeep Polar and Jeep Altitude versions?" Her reply was, "Well, the one has a black grill and the other doesn't." Seriously. That was her answer. We thanked Miss No Name (isn't the first rule of sales to introduce yourself???) and continued on our way. We returned to the dealership on Monday morning at around 9:30. We had decided (after doing our own research) that we wanted the Jeep we had been looking at. As we pulled into the parking lot, we watched it go on a test drive. Crap! A male salesperson approached us this time and introduced himself to us. We told him we were interested in the one that had just left and he took us into the showroom to talk about what we wanted. (They had no other manual transmission Jeeps on the lot, but he would let us know if one arrived.) While giving him our information, the test driver came back and left. He said he'd "think about it". So we got to test drive it. Okay...first off, not one introduction to a single feature. It was basically, "Here are the keys...come see me when you're back." Now that can be nice, yes...but we spent almost the entire ride just looking for the buttons for the windows! We were told nothing about the stereo system, nothing about the powertrain, nothing about ANYTHING. We still wanted it so we came back and started negotiating. This is where my one star gets more solid. The salesman worked out a price giving us only $1,000 for our 2002 Honda Accord trade-in because the "check engine light" was on. (FYI, after this fiasco, we took it to a shop where the guy plugged it in and said it was the O2 sensor, which my husband then replaced himself for $75.) THEN we looked at the numbers and he hadn't given us a single DIME off of the MSRP (which was $38,000). Nothing! So we said something about that and we came back with an offer that would, including our trade-in of a measly $1,000, bring the price to $35,000. If he could do that, we would sign right then and there. He left and came back and said his manager said they would not budge on the sticker price at all because the guy who had test-driven it right before us had decided to come back and buy it. We were like, "WHAT??"The other salesman had called this guy and told him there was a couple buying his Jeep and if he could pay sticker price, they would hold it for him. So we wound up wasting nearly two hours between the two days and learned nothing more than the sales force is totally uninterested in learning anything about what they're supposed to be selling and the dealership itself is not interested in morals. After about 10 more mins the same guy came chasing us down, we told him what we wanted and he started looking. He said there was nothing in our price range (which was false because we saw cars on the lot for them price we were looking at. We got up and left. I decided to replace my serpentine belt on my 2011 Grand Cherokee and found out that during that year, they switched to electronic power steering which would change the size of the belt. The dealer I purchased my Jeep from went out of business so I called Tony Domiano to find out with my Vin# which one I needed. when I asked the guy in parts (who didn't give his name) if he could help me, he asked if I purchased the car there. I said no and he said to call the dealership I bought it from. I told him that they went out of business, at which time there was a long pause and I wasn't sure if he had hung up on me. I said after a long pause, "Are you there"? and after a few seconds more he said give me your Vin#. After a minute or so he got back to me and said "It should be electronic". Bottom line, he couldn't give me a straight answer and I had to call another dealer. These people are so rude. read more

EDIT Not sure how this system works. I got bumped to "not recommended" while the two currently recommended are from 2010 and 2012. I cannot tell you if the same people exist as back then, but I had a good experience. EDIT Just bought a car there last week. It was cold and the pathways were a bit icy, but once I got inside I was able to talk to a salesman. Seemed to take quicker than other dealerships I dealt with in the past and I got the Jeep Cherokee that I wanted (I looked online for some features that interested me). I have been waiting 4 days now to get my car back. They were very fast to get me the loan which is totally wrong, they have put me on hold, and no gotten back to me. Salesman said he was going to check things out and I asked him if he was going to come back and talk to me on phone, he said yes and he didn't I would not recommend anyone especially seniors to do business with these people. I even sat down there and heard them argue about talking to another customer saying why did you not say I was busy, don't want to be bothered with things like that right now. worst place ever for me doing business. I've heard the horror stories about this place my whole life. But I do know if you have bad credit they'll work with you. Like they did with my husband when he wanted a truck. My husband knows what he wants & knows his trucks. We've had 3 Rams with them, all great trucks. The first one, at the time, our credit was shot but he drove away in a 2007 Ram. The third truck we just bought, we got a lower interest rate and the payments stayed pretty much the same. We traded in our 2012 Ram Laramie for a 2013 Ram Cummins 3500. From the first call the salesman Eddie was great. He was helpful, knew his Rams, & was friendly. We plan on buying me a car in a few months, it'll be my first through them. I am hoping to have the same experience & positivity. I'm not getting a new Ram, I'm much cheaper than that! read more

I bought my car from Tony Domianos about 4 months ago and in those 4 months I've had to bring it back for repairs 6 times. They sold me the vehicle with bad brakes, a bad battery, struts, speedometer, and the front drivers side tire was making a rubbing noise. Everyone that I have dealt with at this dealership has been extremely rude and unprofessional. One of the times I was told to drop off my car was a day I was working. I asked if I could drop off the car and get a rental at 12. The supervisor said that was fine. So on my lunch break I headed up to the dealership which is about 20 mins from where I work. When I arrived there was nobody at the service desk just mechanics walking around in the shop. I waited for about 5 mins before I asked one of the mechanics if someone could help me and I was ignored. So I went into the sales office and asked one if the men sitting at a desk if he could help me. I told him I was supposed to drop my car off an pick up a rental. He said everyone was at lunch and I'd have to wait until they got back. I explained to him that I wasn't able to wait until they got back because I was on my lunch break and the only reason I came at this time was because the supervisor told me it was alright. He said that Tom didn't tell anyone about this and he was at lunch so they couldn't help me. He said he would text him and ask him about it and had me sit in the waiting area until he heard back from him. I wasn't called out of the waiting area until he came back from lunch. The first time I brought my car in to be fixed, I got it back with big muddy boot prints all over my floor mats and carpet. Someone had obviously forgotten to put the paper mats down that every garage I know of puts in cars when they are working on them. The most recent time I brought my car in was a day after I had the car cleaned. It was spotless. When I picked it up the inside of my car was COVERED in yellow pollen. I have black interior so you can just imagine how well that stuck out. Yet they did not clean it. When I asked them to clean it because it was just cleaned I was given an attitude. The service manager Tom sighed on the phone and just said "yup" and proceeded to hang up on me. It was a 20 minute hassle to get someone to wipe down the inside of my car after being told that there was probably nobody available to do that for me. If my car was properly cared for when it was at the shop then nobody would have to take time out of another project to have to correct what should have been done in the first place. Don't even get me started on the rental cars they give you when your car is going to take a while. My car was in the shop for almost a month to get an oil change and a new speedometer. They gave me a minivan to take as my rental. The check engine light was on, it shook and vibrated when you started driving it, it stunk like dirty diapers, cat pee, cigarettes, and then febreeze to try and cover it all up. It was disgusting. When I called the supervisor to tell him I was not comfortable driving this car everyday (I have a 40 minute drive to work Monday-Friday) he had nothing to say about the car except I'll see what I can do about getting you another one, then hung up. Two weeks went by and I was still not hearing anything and not having my calls returned about a different rental car. I never got one. If you ever need to get work done here, don't expect them to call and update you on anything that's going on with your car. They will not call you if it's taking longer than expected. They will not call you to let you know when you will need to come get your car. They will not call you if parts are on backorder. The speaker that needs to be replaced on my car is currently on backorder which is no fault of theirs. I was told by the supervisor that he doesn't want to have to see me again until my speaker comes in. I found that extremely rude and unprofessional to say to a customer. The last time I picked my car up from being worked on was this past week and I have to bring it in again tomorrow because the drivers side front tire is still making the same scraping noise it has been making since the first time I brought my car in to be fixed. I have seriously had it with this place. I've tried being as understanding as I can with everything but enough is enough. I've been paying $400 a month for 4 months for a car that I've probably had in my possession a total of a month because of all the times I've had to bring is back to be fixed. This is nothing against the Chrysler Corp but I cannot state more emphatically that you should not trust Tony Domiano Chrysler Jeep Dodge, Rt 6, Scranton-Carbondale Hwy, in Eynon, PA because they really don't have any idea what it is like to be honest, decent, and trustworthy people, and I consider them thieves. In fact on more than one occasion they have lied to me, deceived me, and I have paid for goods and services I've yet to receive over a span of several MONTHS, and am also out of pocket additional monies because of this. And their negligence is next to inexcusable. I've dealt specifically with a salesman named Don "Donny " Race, and the Sales Manager, James (Jim) Kreidler, and if they tell you that water is wet, I strongly advise you to double-check because so far all they've brought to my transaction were lies and more lies, and I for one feel extremely wronged. For years I saved-up for a brand new dump truck for my business, and was really excited that this was the year! A few customizations, a hand-picked color, and this baby was going to be the flagship of my business! On delivery day it was an exciting {over} an hour-and-one-half drive from where I live near Philly, as I was really looking forward to driving this truck! I should have tried to cancel the deal the minute I saw the truck as it was painfully obvious that the pre-delivery inspection (PDI) was never done. The interior was filthy, the protective plastic shrink-wrap was still on the radio and instrumentation, many fuses weren't installed, wire harnesses were not installed, there was magic marker all over the windows and headlights, and it was obvious the prep - the fluff - was not done. And there was NO gas in the tank. Within five minutes of leaving the lot the low fuel light came on and do you know what it's like to look for diesel fuel after 8:00 at night in an area you barely know? The engine was truly sputtering by the time I found a station and fueled up the truck at my expense. Additionally, the next day, after loading the first load, it became painfully obvious that the tires were never fully inflated which explained the horrible gas mileage I experienced driving it home. Not only is this negligent act a terrible risk to my safety, it also can severely damage brand new tires. When I ordered the truck I ORDERED AND PAID FOR a remote start kit and a Brake Rheostat (controller). I want to be clear: this dealership's salesman, Donny, allowed me to order accessories for my truck. I {obviously} was told by Donny the work could and would be done, and I paid $1,000 up front to get this done. After I took delivery I realized these items were not done. When I called the next day I was told that the items were on back-order. A few weeks later when I called to find out what was going on, I was assured that the parts were now in and I was to bring the truck back up and all would be taken care of (includes some of the other items that should have been done during the PDI). At my additional expense and time, I had to drive back up to Scranton (gas and tolls) and pay to have one of my employees to drive a 2nd vehicle up (gas and tolls AND the employee's time) to take me home as the work would take a day. I dropped the tuck off on a Friday afternoon. The following Wednesday we drove back up (employee's time, gas and tolls) and it was obvious that even after four working days that my truck had not moved from where I had left it. I was livid and I got in my truck and drove it home (gas and tolls). And to be clear: the work had not been done, I've now been told it can't be done, and I've yet to receive a refund. So now I'm out the $1,000 I prepaid for parts and labor, and I'm also out close to $500 for gas and tolls and my employee's time. I also consider this very strange: after over two months I've yet to receive any of the usual survey or other customer follow-up materials from Chrysler. Why? Was my information deleted from the system or purposefully put into the system with the wrong information? This is not my first vehicle purchase but it is definitely the first time I've never received a survey. Regardless, I'm out close to $1,500 because of the blatantly deceitful business practices and outright untrustworthiness that is the staff of the unscrupulous Tony Domiano Chrysler Jeep Dodge, Rt 6, Scranton-Carbondale Hwy, in Eynon, PA., and I want it back. read more

WORST PLACE EVER....... The only reason they even for 1 star from me is because I had to select at least 1. My husband purchased a 2007 z71 a month ago. Was told it ran and drove just fine. Has a few minor rust spots nothing he can't deal with. He made it less than a mile away from the dealership and it would not shift into 4th or go over 45 mph. He turned around took it back and had the sales guy Josh go for a ride. After debating for a while if we should get our money back of allow them to fix it. My husband decided to let them fix the transmission. Mind you this has been a month already. My husband's called several times we even went up today they claim they can not find a transmission in their price range or $3-$400 which they will never find one in that price range. My husband has found someone that can rebuild it for $400 but the dealership will not pay for it they said today they would pull it for free and five him a measly $100 towards the fix and put it back in the truck for free... I am utterly beyond pissed at this point that they are cheap, lying crook's... We received the title today but wow no truck to go with it. And probably will never have it. As we don't have the funds to put another $4-$500 into something he's already paid almost $4,000 for. My best advice is stay far away from this place your better off buying off a complete stranger on Craigslist and meeting them in a dark alley. This place has royally screwed our family over. What a horrifying experience I had here. First of all, the used cars are junk. They do not service them when they are traded in and basically you are buying them AS IS. Scratches, dents, ripped seats, all bald tires, bad alignment, cigarette burns etc. So after being shown this lot of crap that they told me was all I could qualify for we went in to "do the numbers". The couple of cars I was willing to settle for I was told the numbers didn't work, I was then told there was 1 car that would work for me that I wasn't shown or even knew it existed nor was I told the price of the car. I originally told them what I needed my monthly payment to be and they ran with that information. Eddie Gallagher, the "finance" guy then comes out and says "Good news, we can sell this car at a monthly payment of 330 with $500 down plus my 2008 Jeep Liberty....FOR 6 YEARS!! The price of the car, I had to ask for was $15,000. Soooo, I would be getting no credit for my car or my $500 and I would end up paying $10,000 more than the price of the car. Makes perfect sense right?? I was pressured by him and the stunad salesman who was a complete moron to sign off on this car I NEVER EVEN SAW. Sooo, the next day I went to Gibbons Ford and leased a 2017 Ford Escape without a dollar down with LESS of a monthly payment for 3 years. I purchased my first car and every car after that at Tony Domiano's. My experience there has been nothing but pleasurable! They have a wide range of inventory, you can always find what you want on the lot. The salesmen are extremely accommodating and helpful. I also bring my Jeep and Ram in for service on a regular basis, and the mechanics know how to get the job done right. Recently my truck battery died due to the inclement weather and within 24 hours. Nick, on of their mechanics, had my car as goon as new. Not to mention, it was cleaned impeccably when I picked it up. The customer lounge is newly remodeled with comfortable couches and surround sound TV system, they also have assorted drinks and snacks. Mr. Domiano Sr., the owner himself, interacts with his customers always making sure they are satisfied and getting what they need. This dealership is run on good great customer service. I bought a used ram 3500 from these guys. 3 months later it wouldn't start or do anything. After a days worth of problem solving I got it to run good enough to get it back to them. They knew when I got there that I was in a jam. The salesman told me for the trailer I pull everyday for work I didn't need such a big truck and that a new 2014 ram 1500 would pull it just fine. Even went as far as to show me a book that stated it was capable. After having the truck for 3 months I'm finding out it is not what they said. I call Chrysler them self's and they looked up my truck by Vin and stated it was only capable of towing a completely different number then the salesman told me. Now I'm stuck with a truck that is useless to me and when I ask the salesman again if there is anything that can be done he stated to bring it down and possibly we could trade it in with a lot of money down. I just gave $8000 down on a truck that is crap.....there should be laws and rules against places like this.....never in a million years will I go hear again or recommend anyone here....and this was the second car I had purchased from this dealership in 4 years.....not again.... if you are even thinking of a new or used car.....stay far far away from thus place. read more

The visit to this Jeep dealership was the worst I encountered in all dealerships. I went in, specifically trying to get information on a particular model. I was approached by a salesman clad in an unkempt tee shirt, shorts and sneakers. I know that his dress could not be equated with the automobile's performance, but it did communicate to me- "I don't care enough to look professional". That also said to me, "will they care about my purchase service-wise". When I told him what I wanted to see, and all the options I desired in the car, he told me to walk up the dealership lot where that model was parked. He said he would get the keys and come right up so I could look at the vehicles. I went, found the cars (with difficulty) and looked into the locked cars. After waiting for over 20 minutes, I walked back to the showroom, searching for the salesman. He was not in the showroom, but there were at least 5 other employees sitting at desks (with no customers present). I finally approached one, told her what had happened, and she paged the man. No reply. Then I asked if someone could at least answer a few questions I had. She said only, "well, I don't know, we are shorthanded today because people called off". I would also like to add, I am female, older and shopping alone. I (maybe mistakenly) take the bush-off as - "well she is only a woman, and doesn't count." Getting no response other than that from her, I told her, never mind- I would leave and find another dealer. I left. Under no circumstance would I buy a car there. There was no regard nor courtesy for a customer, no attempt to approach me in a manner as if I - as a customer - would even be wanted. Funny part is, I could have paid cash for the car, had they only been willing to show me their product in a manner in which I thought they deserved my patronage. read more

We have just moved to area and tried to take our Jeep in for maintenance. We were told that they focus on customers that bought cars there and told us to go to another Jeep dealer in Scranton. This was a huge mistake to go here. First I asked to buy a car i saw online , they told me it wasn't sapose to be online as it was sold. So I decided to pick another one. They wanted 13.5k for a 11k max car . I got it a little lower. 1 day after buying the car I drive by the lot to find out the car I originally asked for was on the lot! I called them and asked it and was told it was for sale for 11.3k. I them called them back to explain how their dealer lied to me about the car not being available to then get called a liar and get hung up on by the manager... The next day another manager called me to "fix" the issue. They told me i could come get the car I originally wanted but then charged me 13.5k when the day before I was told it was 11.3k!!! I was also told my interest rate you be 8% to find out it's now 8.9%. I told the manager about it and he said that since I was told that in a email they aren't required to honor it.. When the time came to purchase a new vehicle, my boyfriend and I unfortunately chose this joke of a dealership. At the time we didn't know any better, but now kicking ourselves. Our salesman was James, who was arrogant as ever and not much help. We had our eyes on a 2010 Scion TC on his pre-owned lot. Turns out it was a little out of our price range, but we were told there was an 05 at his Binghamton lot. About 4 weeks later, we finally were able to purchase the car. Here's the catch: my boyfriend and I had to drive to Binghamton to pick it up. I got to drive the car back to Eynon, a nice ride, but noticed the tire sensor light was on. "Oh, that's just a bad sensor." No it wasn't. It was not aligned and the tie rod was shot. Next, the windshield wiper fluid box is cracked, not one drop of liquid will stay. And now the key is falling apart. I called these jokesters up and explained to them what was wrong. "When you buy a preowned car, it's not guaranteed to be in good shape." Or "We don't deal with Scions." So, you're telling me we just paid $17,000 for an 05 and they won't do anything to fix it?! Moral of the story is they are pricks, liers, and sell overpriced poor quality cars. read more

A one star rating for them is too high! They had sold me a Suzuki XL-7 and what I thought was a great deal, they took advantage of me when I noticed the engine light on they told me they couldn't clear it because they are not a Suzuki dealer. So I had taken the car to a mechanic and asked him to look it over and let me know what was wrong. After he looked at it I found out it needed some expensive engine work. Seeming I had a limited warranty on the car that was suppose to cover engine issues I took it back to domiano to get it fixed and they refused to because they were not a Suzuki dealer, they offered to get me into another car. Stupid me allowed them to. After driving it around I found out there was no heat in the car, fought with them constantly to get it fixed. I drove my infant son around in a car half of this past winter with no heat in it before they finally would take it in to repair. I was told the repair would be done in a day. So with this being my only transportation I had to borrow a friends car so I could get to work and back. No big deal at the time because it was only suppose to be there a day. Well that day had turned into two weeks! They had my entire dash ripped apart. Once I was able to pick my car back up again nothing but problems. The engine light was on and then it started to leak. I don't know from where but it was on the driver side floor a puddle would appear when you stepped on the carpet. They do not stand behind any of their vehicles and their sales people were extremely rude during this whole process. Never did I receive calls back when they said they would. However one question remains, How did they not loose their right to sell cars?! Please reconsider your options before making a deal with this dealership. I wish I had because it would of saved me a lot of headaches. read more
