He also has never had a professional beard trim... let alone the scalp massage, purple shampoo, hot towel, facial mist, moisturizer. LOL. It was done so well and no so over the top and fussy because obviously it's tailored towards men - but I recognized their full line of Kevin Murphy on the back bar. He even commented the shampoo smelled familiar - it's what I use at home! His stylist, who I am so upset I can't remember her name, was amazing. Super detailed! Explained everything to him - made sure to ask him a lot of questions. He was in heaven! I sat and waited for him and observed nothing but five star service provided - from the beverage station that was STOCKED to the amazing line of products that was expertly curated. The balm he was recommended is exactly what suits him and is easy to use (and I can't stop sniffing him!). Prior to that every two to three weeks I visited a genius who understood what I was looking for and did impeccable work. Unfortunately, an accident put her out of commission. Then COVID.
