I came in with an appointment I made 2 hours ahead of time and asked for a haircut I've never tried before. My barber Cam I believe his name was, was extremely chill and only talkative if you entertain him with conversation. Other than that he gave me a great cut but not exactly what I envisioned because I simply described it wrong and he simply did exactly what I asked. Other than that, the vibe of the story is very urban and all the barbers are friendly guys who love talking trash (who doesn't).

Booking is easy through the Booksy app, which makes the whole experience even smoother. Adult cuts are $30, check website for more info. Highly recommend!

I was left high and dry as to where to go next for my haircuts. I thought about trying one of the franchise places, but that just didn't sit well with me. I was talking to a friend of mine about it and I asked Aleks where do you get your haircut? He said I go to Roza's on Forest Home and I take my dad there as well. He also stated Roza is a Polish lady who really cares about her customers, and that is exactly what I was looking for. I'm so thankful for the advice Aleks gave me. Roza does a great job on my hair and mustache. My wife wouldn't let me have my mustache trimmed by my previous barber anymore because of some of the results. Now she said you found a great barber. I need to add that Roza's is also a beauty salon, so I would say everyone would be happy with Roza's results. Next time I go for a haircut, I'll take some pictures to add to this review.

She said, "this didn't lift very well in the back so you can come in another time and I will do a free touch up, I don't have time to fix it now". Huh? How about if I don't have time to come back? So, I left with poorly colored hair and never did have time to get back there before my next haircut. Close to $200 with tip. I went back for my next cut and color (like a fool) bit asked for a different stylist. Stylist #2 colored my hair, also a very poor job. When I pointed out the incorrectly colored part of my hair, she acted like she didn't know what I was talking about, then proceeded to cut and chop that part (until it was way too short) to try to remove that area. She said she would do a free touch up if I wanted to come back in but couldn't fix it right then (could it be because it was the end of the day on a Friday?) Again, who has time to come back in? She did not show me the back of my hair (which is very unusual). When I got home, I know why. One look in the mirror.....awful in the back!!! $170 and this time NO TIP. I will never go back. Way too expensive to come out of there having your color not correctly done and an unsatisfactory haircut. Now, I will spend $$$ somewhere else getting fixed. This is the first time I have EVER complained about a haircut. My feeling, "it's only hair, it will grow back"....but I want to warn people who might not feel the same. I will not go back there
