I thought I'd have to wait until Spring to have it washed, but called NR Complete Pressure Washing on the recommendation of a neighbor. I spoke to Brian who, very professionally, answered all my questions...yes they were licensed, insured, etc. What truly amazed me was not having to wait until Spring. He said all that was required was to have the temperature above 32 degrees. I honestly had no idea! He did a top notch job and accomplished everything he said he'd do and more and it actually cost less than I had initially budgeted. I'd highly recommend this company.

As a result, the siding was in need of a good cleaning. We contacted ChicagoLand SoftWash and after providing some pictures of the exterior of the house, they provided us with a cost estimate. Their price seemed reasonable. After being assured there would be no surprise costs added at the end of the job, we agreed to have ChicagoLand Softwash clean our siding, gutters, and downspouts. Tom arrived a few minutes early on the agreed upon day and time and commenced setting up his equipment. Although things moved a bit slower than Tom expected, due to low water pressure from the exterior faucets of our house, he completed the job in less than two hours. When we walked around the exterior of the house for the final inspection of the job, the change in its appearance was striking. In the weeks since the job was completed, we continue to be impressed by how much better our house looks since it was washed. Everything Tom said he would do he did. Tom is very professional and seemed genuinely interested in keeping his customers happy. In summation, we are happy customers and give ChicagoLand SoftWash our enthusiastic recommendation.

Yan and his team installed the new gutters on the coldest day of the season, yet they still worked quickly and efficiently. From the very first interaction, communication with Yan was seamless. He came out promptly, provided a clear estimate, used high-quality materials, and made excellent recommendations on gutter pitch and downspout placement. His work is also backed by a warranty, which gives great peace of mind. His pricing was very competitive compared to larger national companies--and the quality is just as good, if not better.
