Peter is probably one of the most professional contractors I've ever hired. He confirmed the start of the project the day before, showed up on time every day of our 3-4 day project, finished at a decent hour (so we could have our evenings to ourselves), and kept me informed about the progress of the project every step of the way. Everything was contracted and professionally handled in terms of invoicing. He made suggestions for how to improve the appearance of our home in certain places and gave us up-front pricing about every additional change we could add on if we wanted (we took all of his suggestions and so glad we did!). He paid such great attention to detail, fixing so many errors throughout the house that previously were there...things I didn't even know needed fixing! So many of our doors were not sealed correctly and the flooring was all a mess, they fixed it all for us. This was a big project for us - we saved for a whole year for this project - I am so happy we chose to work with IDC. I feel like he actually cared about us, something that is rare to find in people these days! Will definitely call them again for any future projects and will be referring to friends. When I called Floro about my scratched tub, he hung up on me. A few months after the tile installation, we knew something was wrong when we saw water leaks on the ceiling of the room below the recently tiled bathroom. The plumber we hired said the height of the tile prevented the toilet from being installed correctly: the stack needed to be extended. Essentially, the water was leaking into the subfloor. When I called Floro about the toilet being installed incorrectly and that I had to hire a plumber to fix the problem, he said "what can I say" and hung up again on me. I suggest you think twice before working with this group.
