When I arrived, I discovered the driver's side rear tire on her Jeep Wrangler was covered in oil and smoking. I gave them my car so they could continue their trip, and I limped the Jeep to the nearest shop. That's when I found Estes Garage -- a true godsend. I called ahead, and they immediately made room for me. They pulled the Jeep in right away, quickly diagnosed the issue -- the rear axle seal had failed, causing the wheel bearings to come apart and damage the axle -- and gave me a fair and honest price. They had the Jeep repaired the same afternoon. Several other shops I called told me it would be days before they could even look at it. What impressed me most was that Estes Garage knew I lived out of town -- over an hour and twenty minutes away -- and still went out of their way to take care of me. They even offered me lunch and let me use a phone charger while I waited. They turned what could have been a nightmare situation into one of the smoothest and most positive experiences I've ever had with a repair shop.
