Took in two Pendleton shirts and a Pendleton blanket. An excellent job, would highly recommend.

In March I dropped a suit off to be cleaned. I was told a few weeks later my pants were given to someone else. A few weeks after that I was told they were lost. Fast forward to this week and the "manager" and owner are refusing to make it right. They keep saying to come in the next week and the week fix it. One star is generous... thet lost my neighbors clothes in January ..called her a couple days ago ..July its now been 6 months ..they found a couple things. She went to pick them up and they asked for $78.oo. She tried to talk to them and they said pay $30.oo or you can't have your items. Really?? You lost her clothes for 6 MONTHS?? What kind of customer service is this??? She paid but will never return. And Neither will I. Many many complaints of rude service , lost clothes, damaged clothes and improperly and unclean clothes. Your business is a joke. The only thing keeping you going is lack of competition. I pray for a business to come to town and force yours to close. read more

Terrible service. Went to pick up my dry cleaning and was told pick ups only happen between 4-6pm. I told her that I work from 5:00am-2 so these is very inconvenient. She said well it's ready but I can't give it to you. She pointed to tiny print on the receipt that stated pick up hours and said it's not my fault you didn't read it. I asked for an exception just this time and she said no. read more

Customer Beware! I dropped a suit off at this dry cleaners several weeks ago on a Monday. They said it would be ready in four days (Friday). I went to pick it up the following Monday. They said there was a problem with the suit because the person cleaning at the time didn't check the pockets of another item she cleaned, and something got on other people's things - including my suit. They said they're still trying to get the stains off, but it is a lengthy process and asked if I could give them more time to repair it. Fast forward two weeks and I went back to see if they had it fixed (no phone call BTW). They said they tried cleaning it, and if they tried any more, it would ruin the suit anyway. They admitted it was their fault, and asked what they could do to fix it. We agreed that they would replace my suit. I told them it was a custom tailored suit from Men's Wearhouse, and said I paid around $300. They didn't seem like they had a problem with it. Fast forward another two weeks, because that's the earliest I could get to Men's Wearhouse. I ordered a new tailored suit - not the same brand because they don't carry that brand anymore. (New one was $82 more than what I paid for the other one). I brought the receipt in to get reimbursed. The worker said that the price would be a problem. She called the owner in because she said you can buy the suit online right now (only available online for clearance in one size that doesn't fit me) for $99. He came in and offered me $100 and said he would bring in the check the next day. I said I would try to bring in the receipt. I called that night to tell them that I found the receipt for the damaged suit ($345.92) and asked the worker to talk to the owner and see if he would at least give me half of the original cost. She replied that she would tell him and have him give me a call in the morning. No call the next day. I went in to try to get this resolved, and when I got there the check was already written out for the $100 and was told the owner said "Take it or leave it". Now, I'm left with paying for a new suit out of my own pocket, and reimbursed for their negligence with barely enough to pay for the alterations! read more

I left a suit jacket and a dress on Wednesday that I needed by the weekend. I was told it would be ready on Friday between 4 and 6 p.m. I got there after 4 p.m. and was told the colors are being cleaned right then and that she would be happy to deliver it to me. I paid the bill and had the girl initial as paid. She said as soon as they closed at 6 p.m. she would get her kids from daycare and deliver it. I left detailed instructions on how to get to my house as well as my phone number. It is now 9 p.m. on Friday and no phone call and no delivery. I needed my cleaning TODAY. Now, I will have to wait until Monday (since they are closed on weekends) to get my cleaning that I needed TODAY. I hope they didn't LOSE MY VERY NICE CLOTHES. read more

I dropped off four identical sweaters to be cleaned. They were wool and cotton blend; quite heavy. When I picked them up and checked them out at home, I realized that they had shrunk three of the four sweaters as the knit was tighter and felted, and the sleeve and garment length was an inch shorter, when compared to one that was not taken to be cleaned. One of the sweaters had two food stains still on it, which I was able to remove myself with soap and water. When a dry cleaner's cleaning fluid is not changed often enough, it will result in garments shrinking and the garments won't come out clean. I pay quite a lot for my clothes, as I expect them to last and don't care what the cleaning costs run. I won't be returning to Toni's, as I need someone who actually knows how to clean garments without destroying the garment. read more

Went to have items dry cleaned that I had taken there before, this time I was told the label says do not dry clean. She stated they follow the labels which is fine. I told her last time they did it, she stated I did them and hand washed them because of the label. Although they still charged me dry cleaning prices and never told me they were hand washed I could have done that at home for free! read more

I take all my very expensive suits and shirts to them. They do a great job! I once destroyed a suit with grapes and wine during a photo shoot and they resurrected it! Highly recommended. read more
