Alma and her cleaning ladies do an excellent job with every room, from the bathtub, floors, and rugs, to the kitchen counters and taking out the trash. Her cleaning includes dusting and surfaces like my dining room table and bedroom side tables, and she is communicating about arrival times. As someone who grew up helping my own mother clean houses, I can say without hesitation that Alma does a great job!

I hired Mary's Cleaning Services for a deep cleaning and paid $220 (we live in a small townhome)…read moreUnfortunately, the service did not meet the expectations that were discussed beforehand. After the cleaning was completed, I found that several areas that should have been included in a deep cleaning were still dirty, including dust, floors, baseboards, and ceiling fans, and even the most basic place to clean, dust in blinds and furniture. I contacted the company shortly after the service and explained my concerns. To their credit, they initially responded and indicated that they would return to address the issues. However, despite multiple follow-up attempts, they never came back and eventually stopped responding to my messages. I understand that mistakes can happen, and I would have been satisfied if the issues had been corrected. My disappointment comes from the lack of follow-through and communication after the service was completed. This was my experience, and I hope it helps others make an informed decision.

The woman I spoke with, who is no longer with the company, was sincere, welcoming, and honest. Since that day each and every team they have sent to me has been charismatic, thorough, polite, and engaging. I never have an issue asking for them to do something extra, it is always done so with a smile, and with grace. We consider ourselves very fortunate to be a client of Helping Hands, they are dependable and accommodating. When I asked for a particular product to be used in my kitchen, Deanna called me personally to talk about it, and to come up with a solution, as they do not use that particular product. I can honestly say that I do not have anything constructive to add, I had waited this long to Yelp, because at the time when I engaged their service, I was the last client they were taking on, however now that they have more staffed, I am super excited to be able to "Type their praises"and know that they are again taking on new clients, that is AWESOME!!!
