Portugal has great barbers. I feel like this place is a little more fancy than I prefer but my stylist was very good and i was happy with my cut. But i have gotten cuts pretty equal for half the price but beautiful place inside and walking distance from town center which helps. The stylist for my companion was late but not way late. read more

Terrible experience. I booked a conditioning treatment for €30 but when I went to leave they claimed it was €60. I questioned it, saying that I had only booked the treatment, but they insisted it was €60 as I had a "senior stylist" for a style and blowout which is not what I had booked. The woman on the desk was extremely rude and I ended up paying but fully regret it. Mediocre end result and way overpriced for Lisbon. I could have got a similar treatment in a local place for about €10. Avoid this place. read more

I went on my trip to Portugal to do my hair for a wedding I was attending. I had emailed them beforehand and they told me the price was 20-30 euro depending on my hair length to do a blow dryer style with my hair down. I get there and the woman insists on adding a braid to my style and I say ok sure. A woman then becomes available to do my eye makeup. By the time I leave they are charging me 100 euro and when I ask why they say that the hair cost 40 and the eye makeup 60 Euro!! I ask if they have it anywhere written and they say they don't but since I didn't ask them the price before there's nothing I can do about it. I guess they are tricking people here and acting like animals and you have to defend yourself at every second you're in there because they literally acted like the salon mafia. I booked tony and guy for my wedding dinner. It was the first time I was here and I tried to chose a well reputable hairdresser for this day as I needed to do hair color. It was by far the worst hair color I had in the last years. I warned the hairdresser that my hair tend to get red and I used only 6n or 7n. He decided to add some reflexes to my color and the outcome was a red root that contrasts with the rest of my hair. Also the summer lights I asked were done with aluminum paper and you can see a band in my hair where the high lights started to be done. Looks horrible. They are also red and not normal light blond. Adding to this I wanted a simple part in the middle for styling. He said it did not work in my hair because it was shorter in the front and tried to convince me to the some hair to the side I did not like. Manicure was ok. I believe this is not a service you expect from Tony and Guy. read more
