I found Dez salon on Fresha, and booked an appointment due to their near-perfect rating. I highly recommend making a reservation, as they can get quite busy! My nail technician Kam was fantastic, she really took care of me. I specifically don't prefer electric filing during gel removal, and Kam took note and made sure to go very gently and used manual filing technique to remove the rest of the gel. Great location, good atmosphere. Kam was attentive to the details for the nail art I requested, and I truly felt like it was a nice collaboration and result. I'd highly recommend requesting her as your technician. The salon also conveniently provides other services such as pedicures and also eyebrow threading. read more

It took me a few tries of research to locate something that would be equivalent to stateside salons that I'm used to. After locating Dez, I sent them a message from my plane, through WhatsAPP. They responded in under 30 minutes. I asked if they had any availability as soon as I landed. They got me in 3 hours after landed, and took care of my tall order. Before I left the US I got my first set of Acrylics and immediately wanted them off. I could not go through my entire vacation wearing them and the gel polish on my toes and the shape were all wrong. The got me in, set me right up, brought me espressos and water to get me comfy and cozy. Two of the techs worked on my hands at the same time to remove the acrylic. While one cleaned up my natural nail, the other was right behind her, repainting a gorgeous color! Then over to my pedicure. My main girl took over and bathed my feet in rose petals. She reapplied a killer glittery silver in gel and sent me on my way. I was so impressed and so grateful, I tipped over 100%. The cost to remove my acrylic, manicure and reapply a gel, then gel pedicure and removal was 67 Euro!!!!! A great experience all around! Thank you ladies ! xoxo read more

I dont recommend if you are just passing by to to try and get an appointment. I called many times, wrote via WhatsApp and it was very difficult to get anyone. I did go to the salon as well and I find over all the personnel seems to be over whelmed and is not able to support he call ins. I found they lacked kindness and follow up to finish the conversation. Otherwise because of how busy they are I would imagine they are a good salon. read more

I went to this hairdresser after reading it's good reviews. I am quite happy with how my hair turned out and the lady doing it was nice. I wish I was offered a coffee but that was not a big problem. However, when she asked me how I wanted my hair and so on I specifically asked if it was included in the price or if it would be any extra. I also said that I wanted her to let me know if the total would be more than what they said from the start. When I went to pay the price was 40 EUR more than what I expected. Therefore I feel a bit fooled. I ended up paying a lot more than I think I should read more

I'm on holiday and got a massage, and haircut from this location. They speak English and use L'Oréal products. Was able to buy Kerastase shampoo and conditioner. Joanna, hairstylist understood what I wanted. Had a relaxing massage from Clara. Highly recommend for their professional and friendly service!! read more

I was looking for a good hairdresser in Lisbon and found DEZ online - it is one of the best haircuts I've had ever. Not only am I very happy with the result, but Joana was kind, gave me a head massage, and applied very high quality products to my hair, which feels amazing. Highly recommend! I cannot recommend this shop more highly! Was desperately looking to get acrylics filled (and a mani for my mom) while here on vacation in Lisbon. They took me in at the end of their business day, and stayed late to accommodate me. The owner and staff are not only skilled in what they do, but kind and friendly. They even helped me to make dinner reservations at a wonderful local restaurant, and helped us to order a taxi when it was raining. Please do not miss the opportunity to spend your money (prices are incredibly reasonable for the amazing service they provide) in this clean and well organized establishment. I was on vacation in Lisbon and needed an emergency fill as I wanted to look my very best and my lashes are very important. I sent an email to the Salon and Sandra, the owner, responded very quickly and even came in on a Sunday to fix my lashes. The salon is very clean and Sandra was extremely knowledgeable about beauty particularly lashes. You can tell she is very passionate about her work and doing a great job. I'm very particular about how I like my lashes done and I must say she exceeded my expectations in every way. She did the Volume set on me which is lighter than my previous lashes and they are full and as beautiful as can be! I love them!!! I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a quality service to come here. Great energy great work and an affordable price!
