Very good quality work by Inez and very friendly delicious tea and cookies. Wonderful staff. Fantastic quality work. My nails have been weak and recovering from acrylics done in NYC. They took time to treat them right and very professional advice. Super clean and calm atmosphere/ relaxing vibe. Staff speak great English. Made comfortable. Also, forgot my Apple Watch and they contacted me to let me know. Note: they don't have as many services as the other branch (for example no facials). But lots of regulars came in while I was there. Always good sign. Unfortunately Camilla couldn't thread me as she had a customer for acrylic nails. But Inez kindly rang the other branch to fit me in. The other branch was also great.

It costs €15.50 to get your eyebrows and upper lip threaded, which seems reasonable. They also give your eyebrows a little massage at the end, which is amazing after a long day. If you're going to be in Lisbon for a while, I'd recommend creating an account there. You get discounts on your 5th and 10th visits. I've been able to walk in without an appointment a couple times, but they've also had me make appointments twice. The appointments have been about an hour out, so it's enough time to browse around the mall or grab a pastry and some coffee at the food court nearby.

My nail technician Kam was fantastic, she really took care of me. I specifically don't prefer electric filing during gel removal, and Kam took note and made sure to go very gently and used manual filing technique to remove the rest of the gel. Great location, good atmosphere. Kam was attentive to the details for the nail art I requested, and I truly felt like it was a nice collaboration and result. I'd highly recommend requesting her as your technician. The salon also conveniently provides other services such as pedicures and also eyebrow threading.

I came for a volume lash refill, and got a 30-40 minute quickie (for the full refill price) that…read moreleft me with poorly done lashes, that I wouldn't hope anyone to get & have to pay for,, so I'm sharing this as a warning. As you could expect from a work that's done in 30-40 minutes: a lot of spots were not filled at all, even though there were my own eyelash there, so the end product looks thin, gaspy & frail. For example: inside corners no lashes were put at all, and the few lashes on the outern corners were so long, they were drooping down on my cheeks, so I had to cut them off with scissors!! You can tell, there was no consideration of the shape or my wishes & when I tried to tell, I was not listened to. I went home with lashes that didn't look volume at all, and I did text about this immediately, and said I would be willing to pay for some extra to be added! But after ghosting me (and only answering after I kept texting again & again) they said that it would cost the same price, so ab. 40€ to add some extra (this would be 80€ for a poorly done refill). I would've gladly payed 60 or even 80e for a new set if they would've let me know in the beginning, but after their freshly done poor work, it just feels strange to ask full price for adding some (to try to solve the situation). Then eventually I was told that it was my lashes fault, and the previous place had used different loops, so it wasn't possible to make nice looking lashes. But this seems weird, because I came to this salon before to a refill with lashes I got from another place, only that time I was worked on for 2,5 hours and I left with gorgeous lashes, not 40 minutes & what you see in these pics. If my lashes had such different loops: I should have been informed should've been told I need to remove my original lashes/it's gonna cost extra. I would've been fine. But to waste my time & money with the results you're gonna see, I think it's unprofessional & I wouldn't recommend it. Even though the people wo work here are very friendly and nice, I have to write this review to be honest, so maybe someone else doesn't have to go through this if they are looking for well done lashes. You can judge for yourselves, if these lashes look like 3 days olf freshly filled volume lashes.
